Question for providers as well as gents.

this topic and the ensuing discussion is TOB at its' BEST!!!! The info dispensed here is invaluable!!! I don't think I am unique, but I have always been willing to provide current test results as part of a screening process. Even in my close circle and group where testing has always been an absolute, not negotiable requirement this topic is more and more an integral part of discussion before play and more frequently now in chats and online discussions. Our gatherings now almost include a discussion of the latest health risks and tests. We are more diligent of just how important the personal responsibility is to keep ones self and playmate safe. I will admit up front..... cbj does not work for me. That said, I will never try to talk a young lady into that if she objects or tells me it is not on the menu. Thank you Miss Scott for starting this thread.

Thank you for your thoughts! Love it 🥰

Also, in case anyone didn't know. There is a new STD called trichomoniasis. Nasty bugger, but treatable. I only know because when I did my regular testing, they asked me if I wanted to test for that, and I had no clue what they were talking about. Luckily, all is good, but even I, a professional, can still learn something new.

This may not be politically correct but that's why I prefer to see girls from legal to about 21/22. Let's say a lady has been in the biz for 10 or 20 years, seeing 200 new customers per year. That's about 2000-4000 guys! Now, you see the lady + her 2000-4000 guys! Any wonder why there is a outbreak.

Dude, your reasoning is stupid!!! Yes, I said it! I haven't gotten an STD ever, and I have been testing and screwing for over 20 years!

The times I was more likely to get an STD was when I was 18-25 because I went BB with all my boyfriend's. Stupidest thing I ever did! I was lucky, but I had a few scares then from cheaters. This business taught me how to be safe, and how to be aware of STD plus knowing how to have safe sex(yes the way you have sex and care for your body is a big contributor.) I know more and.am safer now then when I was younger. Teens and young adults rarely know these things which is why STD's are higher in that age range.

Go educate yourself!

Like I said, my comments are not politically correct LOL It's all about probability. 3 partner vs 3000 partners.....huge difference

That's not how statistics work: Three people who slept with 3000 untested people means a nominal (for discussion) once-removed risk factor of 9000.

Sleeping with a "40-something" escort who was tested a week ago and met 30 clients before seeing you, all of those clients whom have also been recently tested, brings an indeterminate risk between zero and 30x(max partners). But how many different women is each 40-year-old having sex with per week? (PM with your totals, promise to keep it a secret!).

Statistics bear this out: https://www.cdc.gov/std/statistics/2019/overview.htm

The rates of bacterial STDs are enormous for the 20-24 generation.

Respect and love to @veteranhobbyist and your choices! However, the human mind is horrific at finding correlations that don't exist (and missing ones that do) to justify emotionally based opinions. It's why so-called AI -- which is just large-data-set pattern matching -- is so powerful.

Me? If I had a penchant for the younger women available? I'd bring the rapid at-home tests @Leyla Scott linked to above...  ...and what a great, if decidedly, gift for any provider! :-)

Thanks for starting this thread Leyla, very informative. No offense guys but I would think that clients might be less willing to admit to stds than providers....

very informative thank u I wish I saw this thread before I aired out my own business on the forum. Most guys ( from my experience ) don't want to see a girl who doesn't allow bbbj but I've also had a few guys who requested a condom be put on for fellatio. If you do sex work full time I think cbj would affect your business and the amount of guys who would come see you but safety is what matters the most so do what you're most comfortable with. I've never caught anything from oral or vaginally the whole time I've been working. & What I do have ( HSV ) was something I got before I ever began this kind of work. ( to those reading this HSV IS MANAGEABLE WHEN TREATED ) I just think guys know that bbfs is not acceptable in the community but expect to at least have a bbbj. Some guys are more careful than others. Other guys don't care. If you only provide on your own time I'm sure it would be easier to find guys who can cater to what you're most comfortable with versus working full time which would most likely affect your business.

Hmmm..... Sobering thoughts, Leyla.  I gravitate to bbbj and will usually not choose a companion if I know that bbbj is not available.  Not judging anyone - its just what I prefer.

I tend to agree but your comments make me reconsider my criteria.

You shoulda met me before all the sex effed me stoopid!

@lustybustygina I thought if you paid for it, it wasn't cheating? ;-)   And good for you! I should go monthly Vs. quarterly. Ugh. Time, needles, swabs. But I've started throat swabbing, which I never did before. I'm with ya on the sentiments -- thus it was funny seeing a "review" on another site that said I gave great "CBJ". Like... ummm... what's with guys "reviewing" women they've never seen? What's the thinking?

Still, the asymptomatic gonorrhea in the throat going around worries me, Lifestyles makes banana and strawberry flavored condoms, think I'll order some, will report back...

I also do not like the taste of rubber (especially Magnums).🤮 I do respect and comply with those who do request cbj.(yes they do exist)  I also respect ladies preferences. There is no right or wrong answer, only what is right for YOU. I personally DO NOT know of any providers contracting the boogies. Maybe I’m just too busy with classes or not in the affected cliques. Play safe and have fun.

Interesting--do Magnums really taste that different than "regular" condoms? Any idea why? Is there a "plus size" condom brand that tastes better than Magnum? I had no idea it was any different, but it does make sense, in hindsight, of some puzzling reactions I've had from providers in the past.

The second part of your post that I quoted is the key, I think. Everyone should be educated and aware of the risks, and both parties' wishes should be respected always. Everybody has their own preferences and comfort level and it's super important to learn and follow those levels. Pressuring anybody--provider, client, or otherwise--into something they're not 100% comfortable with is always a recipe for a really bad time.

It’s been my experience that if a provider won’t do BBBj she won’t do oral at all, and not all who do BBBJ take it to completion, some use it as foreplay. Only a handful of ladies have swallowed my seed. Strangely I have never had a CBJ, but to answer your question to me it would be only slightly less pleasant but not enough to impact the excitement. If it meant the difference between finishing or not in her gorgeous head I would welcome the cover.

For the record, cbj is like showering with your boots on. Just saying.  Having said that, a good blow job is good but a bad blow job ain’t bad.

All your points about bbbj and stds are true.  So for god sakes if your a provider or client, GET TESTED! REGULARY!  You can get anonomously test for a panel of the 10 most common stds for $139 at STDCHECK.COM and turn around is often 24 hours. If you would pay  several $100s to get laid, why wouldn’t you spend $139 to know if you are  walking around spreading a disease. Many are without symptoms.

Obviously if you test positive for anything, you have an obligation to a) notify your providers/clients immediately and b ) take yourself out of the hobby until you get treated.  Be a responsible adult or get out of the pool.

This guy is quite the tool in his own tool shed of only one tool. I really like to look at a good looking 20 year old but mr hobbyist there is just something that really makes my Levi’s rise is a woman 40 to 65 that keeps herself in good shape that knows how to dress and I will tell you 10 times out 10 that lady in that age group that is a professional woman will do things to you that will make your eves float to the back side of your head and your toes curl up and bring your heart rate up extremely high and bring you to such ecstasy. That you will never want to leave. (Thank you heather violet of boulder and sokha). When you find that you always want to develop that until she retires. So hobbyist when you figure that out you will truly know what ecstasy.

I need your input.

Ladies, the ones that only do CBJ: does this effect your business any?

Gentlemen: How do you feel about providers that only do CBJ - I need your complete honesty.

Luckily, I have not caught any oral/throat bugs in the last 2 & 1/2 years but I think it’s inevitable!  It’s very possible to contract oral anything! I know a few providers that have dealt with  and are dealing with bacteria such as gonorrhea, chlamydia & oral syphilis. Also viruses like HPV (dentists can test for it), and HSV 1 & 2 are very possible.

PLEASE GET TESTED!!! AND OFTEN, ONCE A MONTH for both providers & gents. I WILL WARN YOU THAT THERE ARE OUTBREAKS GOING AROUND RIGHT NOW IN DENVER & METRO AREA , yes in the SW and hobby community. Some are very asymptomatic!  In fact the individuals who contracted oral STDs or vaginal or penile STDs, had no idea and were asymptotic until they were tested routinely for their monthly or quarterly testing. Denver health clinic is very discreet and insurance covers testing. Self pay is also low priced. This stuff spreads like wildfire, no one wants it!

****My OBGYN sends me database information because she knows I’m a SW but also a healthcare provider. ****  there are no HIPAA information such as names or patient identifiers but high numbers especially in the SW community. Am I a little freaked out? Yes… the numbers are very high this summer. I promised my OBGYN that I will write a forum about this just as an alert to everyone.

STDs and their spread can be prevented if we all tested once a month! There are also home test kits available! JUST DO IT!  No one in the hobby is immune no matter who you see. STDs do not discriminate and can do a lot of damage to your reproductive tract and sometimes even cause cancer.

Please let me know your thoughts, ladies on how it effects your business to do CBJs & gents on how it effects your hobby habits and if you will see those providers that only do CBJ. And of course I’m assuming we’re all doing CFS. ***GET ON PREP IF YOU’RE DOING BBFS*** HIV is not curable and May cost you your life if developed into AIDS.

Thanks,

Leyla 💕

Again Leyla, thank you for your community reminder about our sexual health and your encouragement for getting tested regularly for all.

To answer your original question for the gentlemen, cbj does not completely affect my decision for seeing a provider. First off,  it is the lady's choice how she wants to provide her services. If that is her rule to only allow cbj, then any gentleman that chooses to see her should not complain or bargain; they should accept her rule and gladly enjoy her company.

For me, the decision to see someone is based more on what I find attractive. And, for me, I find many women attractive; different ages, different heights, different body types, different hair and eye color, different skin pigments, many things!

Do you mind if I flip your question so to speak? How do providers feel about daty? Are you comfortable with it? Again, I know this is lady specific- not all enjoy and not all participate. To the gentlemen, do you make decisions to see a lady based on whether or not she offers daty?

I’m conflicted but appreciate the thread.  I hope to play covered safe but can’t quite think straight when in in the moment.    My thought process is something like one of these scenarios:

My companion slips a cover on for cbj.  I’m thinking, awesome, safe as this can get and wow.

My companion asks if I prefer cbj and I reluctantly say, yes, I prefer to play safe.  I enjoy the hell out of the experience.

My companion doesn’t suggest a cover for oral and I enjoy the fuck out of it.

So both options are fucking great to me.  If I was asked every time, all would end up covered, but then thankfully I’m not always asked.  Confusing, I know!

I have a background in healthcare and have worked in a cancer center where people developed throat cancer from HPV virus. I always provide cbj and it does effect  my $$$. Which sucks but I’d rather be safe then sorry.

"To the gentlemen, do you make decisions to see a lady based on whether or not she offers daty?"

No.  I always figure that is mostly - but not entirely - for her benefit. I really  enjoy watching/feeling/ hearing a woman get turned on.  If DATY does it, I'm in. If not, I will find something else.

Just an FYI - trich has been around as long as there have been vaginas. :)

But it's easily treated and not serious.

I want to be informed as much as possible & have safe sex ONLY. I was young when I started working & really didn't know any better. Being informed & making smart decisions is very important ! Shouldn't be having sex with guys who are okay with risky sex. Not worth putting your health at risk ! Stay safe.

When I started the hobby I saw a body rub lady who did an oral finish at the end with a condom. She put the condom on right in the beginning as she started with her mouth and she had gotten so proficient at it that I really didn’t know with her technique and she gave one hell of a blow job. I do have to agree with the ladies if you are going to be insisting on a bbbj you should protect yourself the ladies you see and your spouse if you have one as I would hate to bring something home to my wife and although it’s very low risk I would hate to pass this along to my kids or grand kids while sharing a drink with a straw. This is why I stick to the massage part now days because it’s a lot safer.

Hey y’all, good evening.  I’m fine with whatever the lady prefers.  she is the boss, and if has the skills it will be a fun time either way.

I don’t want to hikack but I absolutely love DATY and bringing the lady pleasure.  It greatly enhances the experience… how does one ask the lady ahead of time if DATY is something she enjoys?  It’s not a dealbreaker but I do prefer to be with ladies who enjoy both DATY and DFK :-)
