Why NOT TOB?

So, first let me reveal my bias/history...Here in Colorado I dont think I have ever scheduled a companion who was NOT on TOB.  I began here years ago as a lurker.  Read the forums (learned a lot), but did nearly all booking on P411 since I only hobbied while travelling for business. When I eventually decided to hobby in Denver, transitioning from lurker to client was painless on TOB. I still cant believe how beautiful and talented these women are.  I have never had a bad experience with a TOB lovely (yes, some better than others). The question:  why would a legitimate young lady NOT advertise on TOB?  An ancillary question - are there sites for Colorado companions that have as high a success rate ( I know...very subjective...)? Thanks in advance fellow TOBers (guys and gals).

All the other advertising sites have just as high as a success rate for me. Many of the very high end women don't allow reviews, and they don't want to advertise on a place that has a public forum. As for another reason not to.... take a look at the "haggle" thread just started by @isabella4play There are more clients here that want to complain about our donations, our deposits, and our cancellations fees than on the other venues.

I have found some very lovely ladies here on tob BUT I have found just as many, if not more on other sites.  Like you, I used p411 while I was working.  There is considerable cross over from tob and p411.  I have had LOTS of good experiances with ladies from various sites, and bad esperiances from [retty much the same sites.  I don't make my decisions based on what site a lady is a member of, I make my decisions based on research, some reviews, and what appears to be the "value"  of my choice.  There are times that a decision is influenced by percieved attitudes either stated or inferred by posts and comments.

Hey, I'm new here, so I can't speak to this site specifically, but as to why not? Because a lot of us don't know about it. I used to use Backpage pretty effectively, TER on occasion, twitter, and a handful of list crawler sites whose names don't really matter. Gotta say, I'm pretty pumped to find a site like this.

I like this site.  I like the reviews avail on here.  I don't get to play that often so being able to share references is nice.  I travel and this site is manly a colorado thing.  Also some of the other sites are more kink friendly.

Not to say it won't happen, but seeing a lady from TOB is less likely to result in a scam or bait and switch situation.

 I refuse hto do deposits, but never complain about donations.Never did a cancelation, but had one lady NCNS. Hmm,maybe I should have asked her for a  cancelation fee.

As Caressa mentioned TOB forums are public so anyone can see what members talk about. Additionally while reviews can be good they can also be not worth it. For example many guys will threaten bad reviews for no reason at all. For example you couldn't fit them in at the time they wanted, or you didn't offer something they wanted etc. The list goes on and on. For some providers it's just not with the hassle. Additionally TOB clientele has gone way down hill lately and the quality of gentleman is not what it used to be.

That absolutely sucks Marilyn and I'm sorry you have to deal with it.  If these are TOB members, is there a way to report this conduct to the Mods?  If a certain guy got a number of similar complaints, you'd think there would be something that could be done about him.

I hate nothing more than hearing some of these things.  People haggling and threatening bad reviews just pisses me off honestly.  These hassles just drive people way, and it is sad.  Unfortunately, the "community" has been like this for sometime.  If I contact someone for the first time, I always try to present myself in a way that looks like I'm not wasting their time.  I know that they are likely weeding through 50 emails or texts that day alone of time wasters and disrespect.  I wish it was different.  Also, unless there are several bad reviews, I don't take them to heart.  I figured someone has an axe to grind for some lame reason.  I only ever gave one bad review and only because I was physically threatened and had a doberman attack me because I immediately turned around a left in a bait and switch situation.

As a guy who enjoys this hobby, TOB has been a blessing.  From the ladies' standpoint, I can understand much of their frustration and hassles.  Since starting this hobby, pretty much all of my hobby connections have been through TOB.  I am grateful to have met (and continue to meet) some wonderful ladies.  Since being divorced for 16 years after a long marriage, the ladies on TOB have helped me satisfy my wants and needs for female companionship.  I am not interested in a serious relationship, so this hobby and the ladies here really add to the pleasures of my life.

I am all about TNA. My rate of actually seeing a provider on that board, once an appointment is made, is 90%. For TOB it is 25% as per my last visit to Denver.My previous visit it was 33%.  I have better success in investing in start-up biotech companies as an angel investor.

I actually hobbied for 5-6 years before I found TOB and man that was the wild west. Since I found TOB it think I have only seen one lady who was not on TOB, and that was a let down.  It is not perfect, but in this part of the country, TOB is easily the best thing going.

The "best" is subjective and quite different from a provider's point of view vs a hobbyist view. Just like when a woman claims to be, Colorado's #1 escort...the best for some is not the best for others. Some sites bring more hassle than good. Things and those venues change rapidly lately.

Calling it what it is, yours is the only commodity where the business owner's "view" takes precedence over the consumer's. No wonder we're in a never-ending plandemic.

Mistakenly mentioning I'd seen her on another site a few months ago, I texted a TOB'r that hasn't posted here in a long while for some sugar, who went on to warn me with the same tired, those sites/girls are this, that, and a third. Keyword former, I grew tired of checking for new ads and recently asked if she was still around to learn she's advertising on "other sites", "busy as ever". It's worth mentioning, she's gorgeous. One of if not the best in the Springs. An absolute rock star. Pun intended. And very modest. If you really want to know a hobbyist's view, modesty is the key. That will never change.

I do have to say that stupid yellow ribbon the top is uber annoying. Tob definitely has pros and cons like anything.  I do often struggle to get ladies to message me back as well for appointments. I just chalk it up to they're probably super busy and already filled their appointment books for the dates I was inquiring. For that reason, I just try to stick to ladies I've seen before as it seems to be much much easier to get appointments than with ladies new to me.
