Im sorry,

But we are in the state of NATIONAL emergency. People are not allowed to even walk into a restaurant, even if you tested negative for the virus, because you are still spreading germs in general and could still be carrying it from one person to another.

Gotta love the "national emergency" appeal, on an escort board! From a first time poster (or coward with an alt handle), no less!

So, saywhatagaindoit, fuck you, and your pretend moral high horse.

And, I agree, you are sorry!

We are in a national hysteria, whipped to a frenzy by the media.  Probably so that they can smear the current WH occupant.  In this case he’s playing their game, feeding the frenzy. To what end?  It’s politics.  If they make him look bad or he fails to respond, it will show in November

- Is Covid19 real? Yes.

- Are a lot of people going to get sick? Die? Yes.

- Does the isolation & distancing help control the spread of this (or any) disease? Yes.

- Do we all need 97 rolls of TP? NO!

While I try to live life with a sense of proportion, it’s difficult with havoc & closures all around me.

The state authorities are basically saying avoid ALL contact with general populations. Instead there are women here REFUSING to follow protocol and see multiple dudes per DAY. Going to a bar is considered dangerous and these girls are doing SEKKKKS with multiple people per day every day.

THis is not a moral ground on 'providers' or 'escorting' -- This is a case of ACTUALLY being a danger to others by not STOPPING your escorting 100% dead halt until people are allowed to return to doing dishes, or tending bar. Stop thinking your special when lives are at risk.

You need to stay in your basement, lock the door, and only let mom in with your food. Be very afraid. Be very afraid.

The media had been mentioned a handful of times as being the cause of the hysteria, and in this case you say it’s to smear Trump. (As an aside you can literally track Trump’s stance change when FOX News began to take it serious and stopped downplaying it. But that then would mean ALL media is attempting to smear him.)

Can you honestly say his handling of the situation, and I’m including his tweets and press conferences (meaning nothing skewed but directly from him) has been handled properly? Even the talk of bailouts from the airlines to individual. Additionally, when has he given in to media pressure during his entire time in office? I’m not looking to argue, I’m genuinely curious.

No, I cannot say that the President has handled this any better than others, nor worse that the handling of SARS, MERS, or H1N1.  I watched (partially) one of the President’s press conferences the other day. Talk about a group of sycophants!  I’ve always found his use of the Twitterverse (tweets for twits) obnoxious.  You’re right, he usually plays the press like a Stradivarius.  But for some reason (politics?  Keeping the focus on him & off DNC candidates?) he seems to be pandering to their bidding.
The reality of this situation, unless he goes all FDR, is that the power rests with governors like Cuomo & Newsom.

I love when guys like you go on and on with a rant about the companions as if we're able to work without a client.  Of course "We're" the ones thinking we're "special", and not the client scheduling.

Where is your rant about the clients. I hate when men dump all the responsibility on "girls".

You just as easily could have included EVERYONE participating in the hobby, but you chose to stick it to the "girls"

I would like to throw some expletives in here honestly.

I’ve watched a few and agree. There’s always a thought of “what does he have on these people?” I know he’s been referring to himself as a wartime president so I’m assuming he’s attempting to use that as a means of re-election.

And while we look at the handling of SARS, MERS, and H1N1 the biggest difference was the lack of action didn’t result in a financial collapse. I won’t place that entirely on him as much as I’d like to, but a complete denial and “all is fine” to the complete opposite didn’t exactly help the matter.

All in we’re mostly in agreement. Thanks for the banter!

This just in -

In the US during 2016 ~37.5K people died on highway accidents.  😱

We need to stop driving & stay off the highways.  I wonder what ‘social distancing’ is going to do to traffic statistics?  Or the homicide rate in Chicago?

There should be a drop. Just like there’s likely a drop in school, church, and other public space shootings and pretty much all other forms of domestic terrorism. There’s also a drop in carbon emissions and also a good chance the flu season won’t kill nearly as many of those at risk as it traditionally does. Though if people keep losing their jobs and livelihood at the current rate we might see a rise in looting and other vandalism. But I’m positive only some of them are trying to survive and provide for their families while others will most assuredly be labels as thugs and animals. At which time I’m assuming anyone angry at how things are going now because of the media will come out demonize the media and societal standards and short comings just as you’re doing now. Right?

The hobby has always had health risks, and people who use (hopefully) common sense. For example, I have seen a listing from a lady who has cold symptoms and is being safe and not working.  Even before Corona, providers AND CLIENTS who feel a bit ill who would have JUST had cold symptoms or JUST flu symptoms should have been taking that time off . That's just common courtesy and common sense. Yes....I know Corona can be contagious with no symptoms. So can colds, flu and a host of other dangerous illness commonly associated with the hobby. Everyone here seems ok with THOSE risks. The additional Corona risk is very very slight. Anyone blasting providers for working or clients from seeing them is kinda FOS. Next such blasters should make the rounds of grocery stores and tell those people to go home and close up......oh....but then you would'nt have anything to eat would you?  But that is different......it's ok for them to work around crowds of thousands cumulatively  , all day, for minimum wage as long as they make sure YOU have food. Think about that when you consider popping off on a public health service rant here.

Well thank you very much and you are totally right it is considerably effecting us. I have already ran into a few hobbyist who told me they wont be able to meet with me until this crazy bug gets under control. your consideration is very much appreciated! Maybe you and I will cross paths someday. I enjoy meeting with men who think about the well being of others including people they dont know like yourself. There just unfortunately a huge shortage of men like you around....kind like the shortage of tp lol. hope that made you smile love! because you definitely made me smile

Don't want to sound like a bitch and forgive me if I do...need more than fingers crossed for the ladies.

Put deposits down for a future date, send a gift card for necessities, offer a lady an assistant position to help you work from home.

Be creative and kind...just don't offer us thoughts and prayers.

A gift card given to a certain lady friend in the hobby with "no strings attached" was most appreciated and alleviated some stress.  A trip to King Soopers for her with a shopping list, that she generated, gave her a smile and a couple of days of relief. Lot to be said for that.

A new board game, a bottle of wine for her and a large bottle of soda for the littles allowed for a game night for her family, and an escape for all of them, for just a few hours.

It does not have to be a huge amount.  Just saying.

I delivered some staples including TP, a gift card , bottle of wine, and a naughty nighty to a lady today.

We need to do what we can to keep the girls spirits up, after all they do for us.

I think this is due to the government edicts closing vast swaths of the economy.  Many small businesses, especially in the food & entertainment industries, may have a difficult time surviving this.  There are also the supply chain issues of a global economy.

I don't think you  sound like a bitch at all. Your point is well taken. Do consider this however.....my original post was 10 days ago before the effects were fully being felt. Secondly, acts of kindness, always start with thoughts of kindness. I think this thread would have taken a much different and negative path if 10 days ago had I said something like, " Guys put down deposits for future appointments and send providers gift cards"

Point well taken. I think you are absolutely correct! I also firmly believe that help offered should be with "no strings attached". Assistance offered out of kindness and genuine concern, will have a much more positive emotional, mental  impact then assistance  offered with the caveat , here, now, you owe me. Again, that is just me.

In the end, I suppose ; Help, is help, is help. If you ain't hungry it's all good.

I have received gifts from gents with no strings attached, and also prepaid bookings. I can say I'm grateful for both. They're both helpful during these times, and the latter keeps with the spirit of what this industry is about. Having fun. It gives both myself and my partner something to look forward to...fantasize and get excited about. 😈😍

It uplifts the spirit during a time when we really need it. 💞

I prepaid for a two hour session to be arranged next week.  You better believe there are strings attached to that!! As well as some other fun, much stronger then string, attachments:D. And yes the anticipation is fun and exciting for both of us. The other nice thing about it is, I have no doubt the young lady will gladly honor the prepaid arrangement.

But that’s actually kind of the problem; it’s not just you. This is a great way to think of it.

Yes, it is indeed not just me.  But for the benefit of society which is the bigger danger - young highly mobile and active client that will interact with many people daily, or a happily retired "at risk guy" whose favorite activities except fun with ladies on occasion do not bring him into contact with very many people at all? The suggestion to avoid older guys was while perhaps well intended was IMHO misguided.  I am perfectly capable of making decisions for my own health without an escort who is half or a third my age deciding for me.  Not to mention, my comments were based upon best info at the time of post ....... the more we learn the more it appears to be a complete falsehood that over 60 are any more susceptible than under 40's.  Is the outcome more likely to be bad for older with underlying disease ..... of course!  But as a societal consideration, I am no more likely to get it and much less likely to spread it than the blissfully young and unconcerned.  So again, stop trying to "protect" me and certainly stop trying to say I "owe" anything to society above anyone else.

I don't think Laci remotely sounds like a bitch ..... quite the contrary her comments are right on! (if a little late to party!)  As far as reaction 10 days ago to suggesting we should all help ladies out as best we can I am not concerned with some people's reaction.  I have been beating the drum through this and other threads in favor of helping and will continue to do so (and helping as best I can).  If this community does not help its most vulnerable members no one else is going to.  Many will help (thank you!!!) others care not about anyone but themselves.  I have been trying to motivate the ones that actually care.
