Posted April 2, 2018 Well, with all of the hubbub around vanishing internet sites, etc., it got me thinking about how much I have taken this place for granted. I have been to lots of other sites, and have used a few, but none of them offer the forums, profiles, listings, etc., in such an easy to use and fun portal. This place makes a sporting gentleman's life so much easier and rewarding, and I guess I just take it for granted. I'm hoping this is all a tempest in a teapot and we will all be hanging out together for years to come, but just in case, it must be said: 1. First, thank you to all of the ladies who make this place possible with your dollars paid for postings, profiles, etc. Thanks also for all of the other wonderful things you do, but I am trying to stay on topic, thanks for supporting TOB. 2. Thank you also to the owners (may you please be offshore) and mods. You actually do a great job, I know some of you are volunteers, and I thank you sincerely. This is really a nice, easy-to-use place, and the behind-the-scenes technology is pretty impressive (especially compared to other sites). 3. Thanks also to all of the contributors and reviewers (yeah, including the dudes) who make the place lively and useful. All of the opinions, useless bits, bickering, enlightening observations, insights, and just plain conversation have been very entertaining and enlightening over the years, and I appreciate the time you put into the contributions. Thanks especially to 2Big for being always entertaining and Vassago for keeping my head scratched. It's a strange thing - this sport that occupies so much of my budget, time and mind is something I cannot talk about to anyone in my other life, not anyone. For nearly a decade now, you all have listened and responded when something just needs to be said, wondered about, or cried about. I have actually met so many wonderful ladies from here, but I am acquainted with so many more, and even a few guys, that I think of (in kind of a sad way, actually) as my friends. Hopefully this will all blow over, and we can continue on as we have, but just in case, thanks, you bunch of scallywags, white knights, lovely ladies and perverts, I really enjoy you all. I'm not dysfunctional, but I had a scrip for viagra, way overrated, Did nothing for me @ 10 pills $35.00 a pill. Now I got the scrip for the needle, still have yet to use it. Might even have to refill as the scrip says use in 90 days. Actually might not even get there either, no idea why I even look at these alternatives...yet! If you got a good PCP, go for the Trimix, way less expensive than the blue pill, and 12 doses per scrip, if you can handle hitting your junk with a needle, I have not yet gone there.

You need a lady that knows what she is doing to give you the shot. From what I hear (from a very reliable source), the shot does not hurt. You just need to get over the fact that you are getting a shot in what we consider out most delicate area. Sorta like eating Rocky Mountain Oysters.
Posted April 5, 2018 Well said BadBoy. There are many moving parts behind the scenes that allow for us to entertain ourselves. While I do not get to partake very often being in the Midwest; I enjoy following from afar so when I travel to Denver, I am ready to roll. TOB is a premier site!

That's freakin insane. I'm sorry. Is that true? Do you really have to do that? I know i should know more on this subject because of my profession, but i don't. Are you jerking our chain, or is this a really thing?

You can even get some frozen to take home with ya. And if you've downed a goose or duck, they'll even pluck it for ya. Yummmmm, loves me some oysters!
Posted April 6, 2018 I’ve only had Rocky Mountain oysters deep fried. I prefer them cut up in small pieces. I tried them once at a oyster fry in Yuma, CO where they were cut into slabs. Didn’t care for them at that way...they were sorta slimy. Deep fried and looking a little like shrimp is the best.

For the squeamish, Bruce's also serves turkey oysters (same thing, just a lot smaller). When I lived up north, this was one of my favorite places to take folks from out of town. Besides the redneck-bar atmosphere, they always were shocked at the variety of oysters available here in the middle of the desert.
