Do a search for the area you are in (Denver, COS, etc.) with the advanced search feature for the terms "long term arrangement" and "sugar baby" and age (you may have to "settle" for 40 plus lol) narrow down the list to ladies that appeal to you, set appointments with them, and AFTER you know that at least one is someone you would want to see regularly long term, then ask her if she would consider an arrangement under what terms.
