How many P411 Okays are too many?

How many P411 Okays are too many Okays?

1 or 2 Okays are not enough for some providers. 5 to 10 seem to be a sign of good reputation, good client, safe enough.

But is there a number in which too many Okays start to send the wrong message? As if a hobbyist is already too promiscuous?

This has been brought up before and the answer is it depends. I think for many they look at who the OKs are from rather than how many.

Always wondered about this, looks like it it time for me to take all the retired providers out of my ok list. I have heard before that over 30 is too many.

I can only speak for myself, I look at Who has given you the Okay.  10,20,30 or 600 really does not bear any weight as  I look for  compatibility. Personally, the more diverse your okays  the better.

I'd be more concerned with a long duration of membership and severe lack of Okays, ie: only 1 or 2 and they where not active providers.

Slightly off topic, but related. If a provider knows my p411 id from a prior visit, can she look at my profile anytime she wants? Check on who I may have received okays from lately?

Yes, but you can set a flag so that you get an email when it happens.  You can also go to the menu items on your client home page and look for "tracking."  If you click on that, it will bring up a list of every provider that has ever checked you out, and when they did so.

It doesn't happen to me often, but when it does, I just tell myself they are checking out my cute ass.

If a girl refuses to see me because I have "too many OKs"", she's doing me a favor. :P

Why is it that the more diverse the Okays the better? Is it because different people found that person safe and compatible?

Probably that it indicates a wide range of taste over a very narrow set of things that get you off. The wider the range, the more likely you'll enjoy the provider.

The more oks you have, the happier I am to see you.

I think it matters who they are from, rather than how many, and more is better than less.

Your right.

There are girls who will not see you, just because you seen the girls she hates. There are girls who will not see you if you seen a provider who offers bareback. I feel both these reasons are stupid. I have my rules, my boundaries. Nothing stops me from making money and having good time, unless your punk during screening.

And they really, really won't see you if the girl they hate is offering you bareback!!!

While I might disagree with some of these reasons for not seeing a guy (I know I've seen providers before who didn't like each other.  After a while, you learn to just shut-the-fuck-up) I don't think I would call them stupid.

You just can't change the way a person feels.  And if I make a lady uncomfortable because I've seen Suzy Creamschmear a few times, and she can't stand the bitch, then our session is probably not going to be as good as it could be.  Best thing for both of us if she says "no."

So, to quote "The Princess Bride," you "learn to live with disappointment." When the lady says no, you move on to the next one.

I didn't call anyone stupid. I said the reason is stupid and which it is. Again just my OP. I don't care who you guys see. It is not place to tell you who to see and not see.

Im not the boss of you. And neither is any other hooker.

On this, we can most certainly agree.

I've recently done some housecleaning as far as retired providers. My reasoning is if they've left the hobby and can't be contacted via p411 or other means, how can another provider validate the okay?

As of August, there's a dude on P411 who has 600 okays.

I can only dream of having a wallet his size. I guess its time to buy lotto tickets. ;)

To slightly extend (& hopefully not drift) this topic vs starting a new thread, may I ask: what is contained in an "Okay" as seen by the provider viewing it?

Is it simply what the we (the client) sees? Which isn't much. Name of provider, date of okay and that's about it, yes? Is there a provider-only comment section?

And...while I'm at it, heck drift on! ...Is it appropriate to request an Okay after only one visit with a provider? I always feel like I should ask folks after I've see them more than once.

(Which is a Catch-22, because I sort of stick with the same one or two folks for as long as possible, if we get along well. Then, they become unavailable (move/retire/join convent...) and I find I have old Okays.

Thanks for your responses.

I love your thought process here. Next escort in line.

My opinion: Ask for an OK after the first meeting. I always do. She gets points from P411, to use for further advertising, and you get an OK. Everybody wins!

What he said! To which I would add, "Ask after every visit."

You don't get another OK, but the date/time stamp is updated so that your OK doesn't go stale. There's no indication of how many times you've seen a particular YL; I don't know if there is a minimum wait time like there is for reviews.

To avoid "old" OK's,   request  an OK every 3-6 months, after you have spent new time with them.

When I was looking at my list of OKs recently, I think I remember a message on my most recent OK saying that an OK update couldn't be given until at least two weeks had passed.
