Thank you for linking to a pretty in depth article on the issue.  However, I must note that it clearly identifies that several cabinet departments - not just State - have to approve such transactions and indeed the Canadian government also had to approve.  I would further note that the cabinet approvals come in compliance with standards/rules/laws put in place by Congress, which has been under republican control for many years.  Therefore, to say "Hillary sold the Russians our uranium" is so far from the whole truth as to be willfully deceptive.  And vintage T Rump.

Do not get me wrong.  I think Hillary is one of the worst possible candidates for president within memory, and one that i cannot stand.  My issue is with stating things with only a small smattering of factual basis as though they are gospel and doing so in support of the worst candidate in history who is actively participating in and benefiting from espionage by our major global rival.  

But can we get back to the real purpose of this board - getting laid safely and having fun.   (And yeah, I know, whichever of the two pathetic choices win, we get laid.  Just no fun involved)

That is just as much a wasted vote as the lesser of two evils. I don't vote to vote against someone I vote for the person I think is most qualified and most closely matches my beliefs. Rather than encouraging people to vote for a third party every four years we should be consistently encouraging people to explore other parties and find the one that suits them the best. That way when election time comes we don't have the same two party frustration but a new batch of educated voters who actually have loyalty to the party they have chosen.

I am registered as unaffiliated, I traditionally vote blue but not always. I vote for who is qualified and I sincerely hope that others do too. If you really believe in Johnson, Trump, Clinton then know their policy and be able to tell people why it's a smart choice to vote for them. And not just because you don't like the other candidate.

it was a "Gotcha" question and I agree that a Presidential Candidate should have had better knowledge of the situation in Aleppo and should have been able to name at least one foreign leader off the top of his head...

My adult children, who are big Bernie supporters have already cast their votes for Jill Stein...they just couldn't bring themselves to vote for HRC. I wonder if this is the sentiment for a majority of Milenialls?

The Millennial stance is skewed. I am considered a millennial but this will be my fifth time voting for president. There is a younger millennial crowd that is facing some different challenges. Lots are voting for the first time and lots are realizing that they are losing Obama and feel they don't have a choice that represents them as well as he did. As a younger, less informed, less experienced voter I can see why it's a challenge.

Although...I remember when I was voting during my first election that I felt the same. I felt like voting was the lesser of two evils.
