Posted November 16, 2013 Hey guys - I've seen a lot of "to do list" threads but is there a "done" thread? Do you guys keep a "done" list? What do you all think?
Posted November 16, 2013 Speaking for myself I don't keep a done list. It's been my experience that the less you talk about who you see the better everybody gets along. Just sayin'.
Posted November 16, 2013 My "done list" is my list of reviews.
Posted November 16, 2013 Isn't that what the reviews are for?

Posted November 16, 2013 Isn't that what the reviews are for? No, not really. Some guys don't review every provider they see. And some providers are on the DNR list.
Posted November 16, 2013 No, not really. Some guys don't review every provider they see. And some providers are on the DNR list. Exactly. I was gonna compile a list but I wanted to save it to my profile or something. Just thinking out loud.
Posted November 16, 2013 No, not really. Some guys don't review every provider they see. And some providers are on the DNR list. And these are the same guys you are counting on to publish a list...? Tell ya what, why don't you go first?
Posted November 16, 2013 And these are the same guys you are counting on to publish a list...? Tell ya what, why don't you go first? I just asked if you all keep a done list. That's all. The location of it or publishing it is up to the person.
Posted November 16, 2013 Do not keep a done list, but like others have stated, I guess reviews could be considered a done list.
Posted November 16, 2013 No, not really. Some guys don't review every provider they see. True, and same for OK's on p411.
Posted November 16, 2013 (edited) I just asked if you all keep a done list. That's all. The location of it or publishing it is up to the person. For most it's (obviously) the Review database. However, our distaff friend seemed to be suggesting that opening an avenue for backchannel information, perhaps in this very thread, would be a good idea. While I don't dispute more conduits of information are a good thing, hir idea seems to rest with those who, for whatever reason, choose not to review or have secret info about the coveted DNR list. People are free to keep whatever list, bedpost notches, spank bank, tabulation they want, the ones that are generous enough to share, usually do it in the Review section. Posted November 16, 2013 Hey guys - I've seen a lot of "to do list" threads but is there a "done" thread? Do you guys keep a "done" list? What do you all think? I've never believed in any kind of lists about this fantasy other than the ones in my head. Upon reflection, the reviews I've written were probably a bad idea as well. Married guys with stuff to lose can't be too careful...

Posted November 19, 2013 Well I have taken a risk and have written down every encounter I've had by the month. Maybe this is a function of being older and thinking this is too good to last and not wanting to ever forget all the fun I've had and the wonderful ladies I've spent time with. The name and month instantly provides me a good recall of the experience and placing it in time is helpful to me as well. I'm very confident no one will ever find the list. The p411 list is good but doesn't show my activity with the providers, which, for some reason, gives me pleasure to remember. Besides, what if p411 (gasp!) disappears? I don't write reviews on everyone I see and when I do, I write just one review, so, similar to p411 Ok's, it doesn't tell me my activity with the provider. The reviews are important to me to really describe my favorite experiences, which is why I write reviews about those that inspire me, or the rare terrible ones, which in time is an interesting recollection. Basically, I'm spending a lot of $$ for this odyssey of experiences and I like some way to remember them. Photo album just isn't going work for me, as much as I'd like to have one, you know, to share one day with grandchildren: "Now sonny, Jane was the most amazing of all spinners, she was a true acrobat, and this is Joan, she gave head like no other...why she could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch. They just don't make 'em like that anymore. And in 2013, long before you were born, and just a few years after the internet was born, a time when guys connected to real and not just virtual women, now that was a particularly amazing time...":)

Although I have a decent memory I find myself trying to remember them all and then I'm like "oh yeah, crap - I also saw Karmen Houston ... Oh yeah that amazing chick ... What's her name ... Oh yeah Miss Dawn.." I think I just don't want to forget all of the amazing times.
Posted November 19, 2013 In the end, all you have are the memories, as the hobby is not conducive to souvenir collecting. And any souvenirs you may have collected you probably got rid of with antibiotics:). Maybe we should market a spoon collection with the local provider names and pictures in the handles? I'd like to gaze at that hanging on the wall of my future nursing home.
Posted November 20, 2013 I am way too cautious to keep a "done" list, but it is a ton of fun to scan down TOB EscortBoards and see who is posting and go, "yep," "yep," "yep," and have a moment to re-live each of the memories. Only problem with this is that sometimes they retire and, at my age, the memories begin to fade, except for the memories of my ATF reaching for the light bulb -- don't need a posting or a photo to remind me of her, it is etched into my memory for eternity.

This seems to be the extent of it for me too. While I browse the p411, escort boards and even BP, I smile when I see a familiar face and reminisce...oh yeah, life is good! Can't really share it with anyone, but fun to relive it.
Posted November 23, 2013 Done list? Only in my head (the big one).
Posted November 24, 2013 Damn... You can remember all your encounters and in what month.. I can remember the fantastic ones but as for which month... no way. For all the others I might recall our past encounter with them if I were to encounter them again....but I generally try not to repeat less than very good encounters. Posted November 24, 2013 I write the names down as I go, as obviously who can remember everyone, let alone when?

If that list were found by the SO, it would be difficult to explain. I keep them all in my head.
