To Be or Not To Be...

What are some good reasons a hobbyist doesn't write a review for a provider, a provider he hasn't wrote one for in the right time frame?

- to be married is not a good excuse, sorry boys, if you have an account/sign in with TOB, you being married is a bs reason in my opinion. However, I have never spoke with anyone about it, so let me in on why.

I have one. some providers here on this forum throw such a shitfit over a review that's not a fantastic it's not worth posting. even a very good review can cause a crazy provider to go on the warpath.

What is the difference between Fantastic and Very Good anyways. Seems silly. If you don't care, why should I ?

As long as nothing said is negative, shouldn't matter. Its like when a teacher never gives an A+ or 100%, because no one's perfect. Seems silly. I ask because of a previous thread I started about 1-2 reviews versus 6-10.

I feel it's the gentlemen's choice to review or not to review. Writing a review is snitching on yourself.

JMO you will get more reviews, if you do not say, what is not a good excuse for writing reviews. Everyone has their own personal reasons, why and why not ,they review. ;)

Maybe but some of you guys (obviously not you) suck at writing reviews! Laziness and silly excuses are common. I actually agree with Hannah on that one, being married is a silly reason to not write a review.

For the girls: I do agree with both Hannah & Lucy.

Yes, we make money from these reviews update our status on weight loss or weight gain. New pictures, old pictures. Which is why some girls are wanting reviews. But I feel if you are a genuine provider, who provides good services to the guys you've already seen, this shouldn't be a problem. Plan for slow times by not spending money as fast as get it. Saving's is extremely important. I have found many ways to save. The reviews do help us.

For the boys: Please keep in mind that the men who are married, are choosing to take a risk and see us girls. That is risky business in its self. Writing a review is only snitching on himself should he get caught by his wife.

All it takes is a bat shit crazy hooker to destroy his family, children lives over an honest review. We have seen it happen more than once right here on TOB. Based on this reason alone, this is why I don't encourage the guys to do is write reviews.

Another thing is, when provider is asking for your reviewer name, she see's you you have seen a another girls she don't like, now she knows every single girl you seen in the past. Very bad idea to give out reviewer name. Iv seen some girls actually get mad over this. When they no right to boss you around, tell you who you should be fucking.

Never ever give an ASP more than, a hobby phone, hobby name, hobby email, and link to reviews (if any) you have posted. if this information is not good enough for her, don't see her! I have lost track of the number of guys who get outed because they give personal information. post a bad review for a vindictive ASP that can't handle the fact her service sucks and you could find her at your home or even your job. if they want personal information always move to the next name on your list.

I agree with everything boink said except for "link to reviews".

I only write reviews for the ladies I think are fantastic, who I feel are "review worthy" or those that are really bad, where I feel ripped off and others need to be aware. I don't write reviews for those I think are average-very good, because those reviews don't seem to help the provider and I don't want to negatively impact their livelihood, just because we didn't click. There have been a few times when I don't have the time to post a timely review, so maybe I'll wait to do it after a second visit.

I used to write a review of almost everyone I visited. Not anymore. I do not think I have anything to add to a provider that has 27 fantastic reviews posted.

Now I try to write a review for less than good service or a no-show as a warning to others. I am wondering if it is even worth it. My last review took 3 attempts before it was accepted.

Writing a less than stellar review has its perils.

A previous, less than stellar review was tossed completely when the provider pissed a hissy fit.

The same provider that got the afore mentioned review tossed, showed up at my workplace.

Bat shit crazy is pretty accurate. You want to get the word out on bad service to help other guys to avoid shit like this but it can be costly.

What Boink said. As time goes on and providers mature and become more seasoned, this may or may not be an issue... IJS

^^^^These are the reasons why many don't write reviews.^^^^

I do remember one lady (that has well over 100 reviews) telling me she prides herself in FANTASTIC ratings, that many gents will go by the date of the last review posted. If it was nine months ago since the last review, many will seem to think something maybe wrong with her or her service. This has always stuck in my mind!

Personally, I don't mind writing reviews whether good or bad. It doesn't take that long to write and if I did my homework, I usually have a great time. But to the OP's question, many gents don't want the hassle of writing a bad review where the lady thought she offered great service and the guy couldn't wait to get out of there. I will say about our review system here that I like the fact that ladies have a chance to rebut a review!

This wouldn't happen if you didn't give them so much of your personal info...

I think it's important to write those "very good" and "average" reviews. It may let potential johns know what may trigger the YMMV factor.

A point well taken. I will NEVER do that again.

The one reason that made me not want write reviews is when she this one escort told me she didn't like being put out there. Even though they we're good reviews it upset her so I will ask before I write one. And if she preferred me not to then I won't

I agree with inkspot. for me it seems redundant with some of the ladies I've seen. 20 fantastic reviews, I think the clientele gets it. And I really really hate people that think they are amature food critics writing on yelp or the next Rodger ebert posting on IMDB. im one of the few that thinks there should only be 2 ratings. She rocked your world or didn't. I'll try to step up my review game if it helps out the guys and gals so much though.

I didn't used to write reviews at all, but I had only seen well reviewed ladies and didn't feel I would add any value. This changed when I saw somebody that had a couple good reviews and had a bad experience. That visit is what made me start.

There was another lady I saw, also with only a couple reviews. I left an average and posted why. I have seen this lady since and she addressed the issues that were left the review.

But I also think I have been "blacklisted" for a very good review. I saw a lady with several reviews and had a good time. I left a very good, as that is what I generally leave unless there is something that really stands out in the session. shortly after I left that review I read a thread about a week known provider that was upset over a review that wasn't fantastic. Not sure if that was me or not, but it seemed like it might have been. I have since tried to contract that provider and other providers that seen to be associated with her and haven't heard back. This when they have just posted an ad for the day. I didn't think much of out the first request or two that went unanswered, but after a couple more i have given up.

I typed this on a phone, so I apologize for the several "swypos" sure to be there.

The blacklisting crap is such bunk, too. I tried to book with one provider, and after giving her 6 references I gave up trying. Told her she could verify or not, but I was done doing work for her. She put my (burner) cell number on a blacklist site. I just changed the number and continued business as usual. So much for blacklisting, right?

The best and most honest reviews are shared by pm , for this very reason.
