But the other day, around 10am on 16th St. Mall, I had a junkie ask me if I was "going to work?" I also noticed quite a few more men staring at me than is typical. It hit me: he thinks I'm a hooker! I was horribly offended. Then I remembered technically he is correct. I get home and look in the mirror. I hadn't put much thought into my outfit. I thought the gowns were very elegant, but I also seem to remember that one was a green snakeskin-ish material and another was black and white velvet "dalmatian"... so who knows! I also remember sitting in the Clark County jail, wearing my velvet dalmatian gown inside out (didn't want to get it dirty!) for about 26 hours. Once I was leaving a clients condo and out in a stairwell was a lady dressed as described.
