I don’t understand how folks get themselves into these scenarios, and then it’s someone else’s fault. I’d rather keep things on a per transactional basis that is agreed on upfront. These things just blow me away, aggravate me, and make me sad.

Ha!  Me neither.  I do not understand how one can be so stupid.  I would ask someone that walked into one (me!!!) but I do not trust his answers on the matter, so it remains a mystery!!
