Posted October 6, 2013 I mean, I remember Wildflowers, and I know that there were a lot of issues there, but... is there some reason these things appear in Denver and not in Boulder? Are Boulder cops notorious (like Lakewood) or... is there some other reason? There's a ton of guys that are 30-55 years of age, that make really good money, and there's also a ton of hot girls that need to pay tuition... I just really can't help but wonder, why the heck isn't there a house up here?
Posted October 6, 2013 There were several years ago. They got SHUT DOWN!!! Suspicious neighbors alerted by heavy, out-of-pattern traffic. I've always thought that one of the reasons for the use of DTC is that clients are lost in the high volume of business travelers.
Posted October 6, 2013 Thinking about "hiding" the client traffic in a business park - seems like it could be done around Flatiron Mall and Interlocken. I've had a couple of visits in that area.
Posted October 6, 2013 Suspicious neighbors alerted by heavy, out-of-pattern traffic. And not just Boulder. Although Denver Sugar/Players wound up a Feds/IRS case, Denver PD was also in on the raid since neighbors were complaining about them. Thinking about "hiding" the client traffic in a business park Even a business park/office is no guarantee. A year or so ago, a women doing "massage" in an office building got busted due to her office neighbors noticed "out-of-pattern" traffic (read: only middle-aged men getting massages). I think a couple of rub-and-tug outfits that popped up over the last few months that were working out of offices have disappeared, be it landlord found out and or PD told them to shut it down (yes, that does happen. The escort agency tied to CU football scandal was shut down with no charges; I knew an agency owner years ago who had similar story [cops came, told them to disconnect number, confiscated ledgers/computers, told them next visit would be arrest]). As for the fantasy re: college hookers: yeah, there probably are some hooking/stripping, but reality, reality is more mundane for those that have to hold down a job (waitress, barista, shop clerk).
Posted October 6, 2013 The obvious answer: the population of Boulder is tiny compared to the population of Denver. I mean seriously small. Why set up shop in a place that is so inconvenient to a much bigger market? The less obvious answer about CU/Boulder students: they are paying $24k a year for CO resident tuition + on campus room & board. This is well above the typical "student who pays for it himself/herself" range and well into the typical "wealthy mom and dad pay everything" range. Of course there will be some co-eds struggling with bills there, but my bet is that a higher number of girls paying their own way and willing to have sex for cash go to schools like Metro State or the various community colleges.
Posted October 6, 2013 The Boulder number is county total. Boulder proper is something like 95,000-100,000. So, FtC is a fair shake bigger than Boulder, and look at how those guys up there complain of no girls. And it's a college town as well, so, you figure, if the mythical college hooker was real, they'd have their share of them.

I have seen a CSU student in Denver, account she didn't want to entertain in her college town.... Matter of fact I've seen an escort in Vegas once who lived in Greeley but didn't want to entertain in the State of Colorado...

Posted October 7, 2013 I have seen a CSU student in Denver, account she didn't want to entertain in her college town.... Kinda always suspected this re: college hookers. Want to minimize running into someone in civilian world. So, anywhere other than school town. Heck, you see that with LA women that grab the 6:00pm Southwest flight to Vegas, to hook out of their local area code on the weekends. Teachers, nurses, etc. What Aspen Affair? I haven't seen them advertising lately on EB, and Teal has been advertising independently on BP. Well, they are in Vegas this weekend. That said, Angela has always been big on dreams, not great on execution. So, can see her latest get rich scheme ain't panning out locally.

Posted October 8, 2013 I have seen a couple of CSU students. One in an area hotel and the other I met in town and brought her to my house a couple of times. She also advertised and worked in Denver when she was home on breaks. Been a few years tho.

If Cheyenne were bigger, I bet FoCo guys would toggle between Cheyenne and FoCo then coming down to Denver to play.

Posted April 24, 2016 I tried through CL to get a twice a month non professional Boulder student. I am handsome, good job, live close, CU grad. But I never got replies from any cute college hotties. Just girls who looked like serious druggies. The problem probably is that a LOT of the students come from well off families and if they are hot and do not come from money, they find a guy at school who does come from money.
Posted April 25, 2016 Community Colleges are the answer, less likely to be from well off family, and less likely that they find a guy who is.
