If she had several reviews I guarantee a google search of her handle and her contact information (surely you know how you got in tough with her) will generate SOME website she is on, even if just some lame "escort busts" site. Use that link in the review. Pretty simple. What this whole thread points out is that it might be helpful if it does not pose risks to the board to allow a check box for NCNS in reviews.
