Posted November 20, 2015 I was gonna call this low hanging fruit for LE, but it is really more like picking fruit up off the ground. These entire operations can't cost more than a couple hundred bucks. I've wondered (and I'm glad I've never found out) if the fake hooker makes any pretense of screening, just to make it seem more legit. Do they make the trick go thru the two-call system? Posted November 20, 2015 Hmmm.. fort collins has always been fun to work in although I haven't been in quite awhile, and I've met nothing but amazing people. as with every other time, do your homework and you'll USUALLY have no issue. screen screen screen and with everything in life, if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Think with the large head and not the small one. Backpage is all but rendered useless now, so stick to well known girls with good reputations and you'll be fine, and for lords sake.. Unfortunately, I live in Fort Collins aka The New Lakewood. All The more reason for legislation to decriminalize this industry. A lot of FC LE resources are currently being devoted to catching Johns according to the article. Resources that could be utilized going after real crime instead of the low hanging fruit of nabbing unsuspecting people off entrapment ads from BP & Craigslist(?). I don't use BP and haven't been due to this very reason. I had an appointment that morning with one of my lady friends I see frequently. She casually asked if I had read the morning paper? It is ironic reading about something just before you do the same. The busts have caused everyone to be more careful in screening. TOB is a very small world. My lady friend asks potential clients to read her reviews if asked about services. With or without discussing services, if they have your unblocked phone number calling the number in their ad, agreeing upon a location and time, and calling again same number to confirm you are there, and then you knock on door they tell you to ....... yeah that is WAAAY more than enough to arrest you. I used backpage twice a few years ago for FBSM, but only highly reviewed ladies (and very few at that) for FS. My ATF is in a quiet suburban neighborhood up North (residential home). This stuff freaks me out, as you can tell. Little or no history of use for the photos and/or phone number, OR stolen photos used elsewhere only on BP or equally shaky sites especially if used with new name or phone number locally. Wait ........... throw in barely legal and stupidly low fees that state no time, and unfortunately you are describing MOST bp ads. It is hard to pick a fake out of a bunch of fakes. What I meant by lame is either so obviously fake even the totally naive question them, or the lady depicted just doesn't get anyone's motor running. Or maybe I just over-estimate the number of responses a well done and enticing ad would generate, and 6 calls for two or more ads over a weekend is pretty good. Ladies? (Yeah, I know, no answer) Question that enters my mind is always "How about it FC guys, which ad or ads was it?"
