Posted June 2, 2015 When did bare become so popular? Actually, a better question is when did it become unpopular. The removal of pubic hair apparently dates to clam shells as tweezers. It was the vogue thing to do throughout the middle east and India going back thousands of years and took Europe by storm in the 1700's. Popular with the Romans, Greeks and Egyptians as well, so it was way B.C. My own experience dates to a gf and me seeing a Marilyn Chambers flick at a theatre in Denver circa 1980. Posted June 8, 2015 Clean shaved or landing strip is great. Like a few others, I keep my balls shaved and the rest trimmed nicely. I also second the hair conditioner in place of shaving cream. Posted June 9, 2015 I am sure I am in the minority, but I find pubic hair on men sexy. Bald is fine too. Maybe I have spent too much time overseas where shaving any region for men is not popular. Posted June 12, 2015 Bush Brazilian is the new trend! Smooth lips but hair left on top. As a fairly earthy type, it took until my early 20's before a guy suggested "Uhh, have you thought about shaving?". Poor guy, I probably looked like a 70s porn star and had absolutely NO clue. I wax for special occasions, vacations and on request. Trimming is much better for me than shaving all the time. Even with good razors, Bikini Zone shave gel and special lotion, I still get razor bumps or ingrown hairs within a day or two. I started doing topless cam shows and guys wanted to see more. After a beach vacation, I let things go. Once guys found out I had a little fur trim, they begged me to pull over my panties. Many wanted me to let it grow. Posted July 29, 2015 I've only been with one person who had the natural thing going, and it was a bit much for me. Not to the point where I would stop dating her or would get turned off; it just made my work downtown a hell of a lot harder. Realistically, as long as it's at least trimmed I'm generally pretty happy. I personally find myself more attracted to minimalistic and modern decor; and I feel some of that lapses over here as well. I've got no problem with doing personal grooming myself. Posted August 1, 2015 I want to be surprised. Bald can be rocking, little bit can be rocking, little-bit-more is surprising (in today's world) but STILL hot. The only turn-off is a bush the size of Mt. Vesuvius....(think Yoko on the White-Album).
