Homework before booking for sure. If you do your homework, and you still get ripped off, please write a review for the next guy that does his homework. Just like providers can do an excellent job of screening, and still get ripped off with a ncns/lmc, so can clients even with proper research. Sadly some folks have no problem ripping people off.
