Best exercises for longer, better sex?

Probably a repeat, probably been posted elsewhere, and I'm going to do more of an internet search after I post this, but any thoughts on good exercises to build up and make it a bit more fun and longer lasting? While most of us probably aren't built like Brad Pitt, I'm sure thinking in this way and considering what will make it more fun, might just help several of us guys out. I mean there's a few positions that a bit more arm and core strength from just exercising a bit more would help with I think. I'm not thinking to get chiseled and go to all those magazines, but maybe some people have some ideas!

I'm not sure if there's been a scientific study done on physical fitness and one's ability to last longer in the sack. What I can say, in my very unscientific opinion, is that when one is in better shape, one is more likely to be considered physically attractive to the opposite sex (or same sex if that's your preference) therefore leading to more opportunities to engage in sexual activities. Also, when an individual is feeling good about their own appearance, i.e. being physically fit or having lost weight through either diet or exercise,  there's a confidence that comes through and that also is attractive to potential sexual partners. 

I'm not sure if this is relevant to the discussion here or whether it's all that important to the Providers that their clients can go for a long period of time. Rather it's important to the clients to last longer than 30 seconds since we've ponied up for the hour and may only be good for one and done. I'm sure Providers can speak to this better than I can but it seems to me that it's important to them that their clients are courteous, clean, prompt,  generous with their donation and leave when time is up and keep chit-chat texting and phone calls to a minimum between visits.

Cycling. It's a pretty easy whole body workout, your legs do the pumping while your core maintains balance and your arms control the movement. Build up your core, while building muscle and burning fat. Not to mention the dopamine boost of a nice ride outside.

So.... iv been hitting the gym again. (I'm like a yoyo) I kept asking this guy to date me like 4 times. He was fine as hell and my mouth was watering. lol I already knew he didn't have a girlfriend. He kept turing me down I couldn't figure out why. Like what is wrong with dude. Doesn't he know who I am. Gezzz. Then my brother came to visit me. We went to gym together. My brother noticed I was flirting. On our way home, my brother said he's never going to date you. Stop trying. I was like yeah i know what the hell is wrong him? My brother said. He doesn't hit your side of fence. I was like WHAT???? He said the dude is gay lay off the sauce sissy poo. Talk about a sad day! :(

Cycling is great but make sure you have a decent saddle

These responses are certainly entertaining but I thought the OP's original question was regarding the correlation between exercise and the ability to make sex last longer.

The best exercise for better sex... IS sex!

I reconnected with an old boyfriend, we dated many years ago. He told me, "To be prepared he was a champ at triathlons and ToughMudder races and he had endurance."

I quickly figured out exercise endurance does not equal sexual endurance!

Just to make it more scientific (so to speak) I kept a tally for a while. The men who exercised a bunch, but didn't masturbate or have sex frequently, well let's just say they are nice to look at :D

My best sex has always been with the average "healthy joe".

My definition of a "healthy joe" can range from the skinny buck to a pleasing bouncy man with love handles I can secure my hold with.

My recommendation is sex, sex, and more sex!

I'm talking all of sex. Glad I waited to come back here because I think it started more the way you took it rather than how I intended. I don't mean as a substitute for viagra or something (which is meant to improve bloodflow which is a side effect of being heathy). 

Just like a guy doesn't want a girl to always lie there and do nothing, I'm sure the gals don't like doing all the work. It's alot more fun if you can switch up positions over an hour or more, which is what I'm talking about. Some examples:

When a guy is on top, except in extreme cases of the guy being tiny and a girl being pretty muscled, the guy shouldn't just dump all his body weight on her. Especially when the guy is big and the gal small, you definitely don't want to suffocate her! So you've got to hold yourself up a bit - great example of where the suggested core work such as planks or better shape from cycling helps.

Or if you're behind her, there are a bunch of positions, all requiring different balancing techniques. Some are more tiring than others. If it's feeling good I don't want to need to stop after 2 minutes! And none of that is the crazy porno move of picking her up and holding her, or flipping her around, or any of that haha.

I think cycling/aerobics has taken me as far as it will go for this though. I will definitely use your idea to keep losing weight, which will always be good and has already helped significantly, but now I'm looking for something else.

Though sadly Kashmir, I'm here and I don't have someone that will help me practice it daily, cause you're right I think!

Believe it or not, Kiegels do wonders for men too. Pelvic tilts build strength so that she doesn't do all the work when riding CG. Also good for improving K9 positions. Try wiggling your tongue while driving alone. Stretch your jaw muscles several times a day. Practice rasgueado and arpeggios for finger strength & speed. 

Basically, think of what muscles you use during sex, and the exercise or focus on those muscle groups. 

As mental exercises, you could practice some Tantra and edging techniques.

Hah!  Well, when you put it that way.  Yeah, I suppose I'm just too heterosexual to even fathom resisting the advances of a hottie like Nikkie. To the OP's original message: I wish I could help. I too would like to last a bit longer in the sack, so I'm reading the responses with relish. Sorry to derail.

Here, try this for one thing

For the strength you're asking about, what you want more is endurance. Push ups and leg lifts are two easy ways to acquire what you're asking about. You can do them at home or in a private office every day. you'll initially spend about 5 minutes total on them, creeping higher as you build more endurance. It'll work your arms and your hip pointers.

 

The end result of this is lasting a bit longer, getting in extra shots, while putting on a better performance in any position.

I find that it's more mental then physical. Let's say cumming is a 10 on a scale of 1-10. When I get to about an 8 or 9 I do mental games like count how many knots are in the wooden door, fins on the heat register, total number of digits on the clock, or concentrate on math problems. For the most part this allows me to last as long as I want but there are those times that I'm just to excited or she's really taking over and triggers something I just can't control. When that happens I just roll with it knowing that round two is gonna be monumental.

I agree that it is more mental. To distract myself I try to remember baseball rosters lol.

I don't really know what exercises are better for sex.  If you are a premature kind of guy or one with a lot of insensitivity in certain areas I don't know if anything makes that better.  If you want endurance and can control things the most beneficial exercises are core type of exercises such as planks of all kinds.  Squats (which) i hate but do a lot of are very excellent exercises.  Cardiovascular exercises are also a must.  Just remember with them that you need to vary the intensity some slower and some faster  and not just the same speed all the time.  For the ladies all of the above and also hip abduction and aduction (opening and closing) allow you to better control the action.  Just my 2 cents.  I am not an expert by any means.  I am also not a gynecologist but I will take a look.

OK, this may seem a bit simplistic, but as I recently pointed out, this is not a hobby, it is a sport.  As with any physical sport, the better the general physical condition you are in, the longer you will be able to participate.  There is quite a bit of research that some ED is related to obesity.  I don't think that was the thrust of your issue (pun intended), but I think the reciprocal is true.  At least in my case, when I lost about 16 pounds my boyhood abilities returned.  So I think any form of cardio would be a plus, and yoga for flexibility might be helpful.

As to lasting longer and staying firm longer, this may sound really simplistic, but I think the best way is to pay attention - right about when you are ready to explode - don't.  Just suggest to the lady that you try something different for a while.  I think this is why so many of the reviews list like 32 different positions they enjoyed: I think the dude and dudette were simply trying to go for the maximum distance.  If you have the physical stamina to go for 20-40 minutes, and keep changing it up and resting, seems to me it oughta work.  Works for me anyway.  Added bonus is that the lady, if she actually enjoys the activity, might come a couple of times along the way - I like that.

As I recently pointed out in your thread about how this is a sport, it is not a sport!  If I can't throw money at it to improve my equipment, it is not a sport!

Ask my $2,000 set of golf clubs...

Ask my $200 dollar bowling ball...

Ask my $300 pool cue...

Ask my $250 tennis racquet...

Ask anybody with a new snowboard, skis or bindings...

If you can't throw money at it to improve your game, it is not a sport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Uhh, I engage in lots of toy sports too - some even more expensive than you listed (SCUBA, whitewater, flying, dirtbiking, etc.) and I still think that I throw more money at this sport than all of the others combined.

Wait a minute, if it requires lots of money, it must be a sport!

I don't know about you, but the more I spend on this Sport, the better my equipment gets, and the better I get at using it.
