Posted December 14, 2015 I would agree only that LE is under no obligation to play fair when conducting an undercover sting operation of any sort designed to entrap and shame unsuspecting persons who participate in these sort of activities. It's up to both providers and clients to be vigilant and aware when responding to ads either on BP or any other site. Only seeing established providers who are well reviewed and verified will reduce your chances of falling into an LE trap. These stings are designed to net low hanging fruit of unsuspecting people who are either too unaware of these operations or just too confident that "...it won't happen to me...". Or both. Posted December 14, 2015 I would say that LE might call and apologize for running 10 minutes late if the Judge was taking too long to issue the warrant, or they were waiting for backup, or the video camera was malfunctioning, or the paperwork from the last bust was taking too long, etc. LE would not publish a photo of the officer's private parts, but you can bet your incarcerated snatch that they would borrow a XXX photo from another ad and use it. If you are just taking a shot at TOFTT from Backpage or another bulletin board, without reviews, without references, without a history, you are playing with fire, and may get burned. For some reason 2 of these providers had their charges dropped. Maybe it was because the DA suspected wrong doing on LE's part. Denver has an outcall exotic dancer license that puts First Amendment issues into play. The Utah Supreme Court in the Bushco case declared the term "escort" unconstitutionally vague in the context of an escort license statute.
