Posted April 1, 2015 Can someone tell me why clients feel the need to get mad and in their feelings because as soon as they solicit you and you tell them that you don't talk explicit on the phone and have a nice day they want to get all butt hurt call you ugly this and that and threaten to call the cops on you? Like its really not that big of a deal if you want to eat pussy that bad you can call the different provider I mean seriously? It amazes me, everyday, how grown people (men and women) think that because they have money to buy something, it they "deserve" it. It's "owed" to them. It happens at Starbucks, Walmart, Morton's Steakhouse, The Four Seasons Hotel, and on, and on. "What do you mean, you can't do that? I'm paying!", and the drama starts. Most restaurants are happy to exchange one wine (or entree) for another, because they want you to have a good experience, not try the lasagna only to find that restaurant uses red peppers and you can't eat anything that spicy. The same goes for the hotel; most hotels are happy to see if they have another room more to your liking with a better view. This, like the wine scenario, is considered normal customer service. I've done this myself several times and hotels are usually thrilled to accommodate you, whether it's a better view, a room closer/further from the elevator or because the guest upstairs apparently weighs 300 lbs and does jumping jacks for 30 minutes at 2:30 AM.
