movies that a hobbyist may enjoy.

26 posts in this topic

Sorry no 411requests or so questions. I am curious what the average hobbyist enjoys, top 3, outside of mainstream adam sandler, jim carey, john grisham movies.

1. Slidding doors. (Featuring heather graham, robert jr.)

2. Before the devil even knows you are dead (Phillip h.)

3. The cell. (Unfortunately j. Low)

4. Pollock (ed harris)

5. Swingers

I know I said 3 but at least three. Be nice to take a break from real ir not real, fat or not fat, what if zzz...,

If not, these are movies I watch a bit and would do in a date movie night with a provider.

If not, I have spoken.

Happy hobbying ...

OK, I'll bite.

Unfortunately, now everyone will know what a sick old bastard I am. My top 3 movies

3) Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! Russ Meyer was my teen-aged years hero. To this day, nasty-talkin', bold, brassy, big-bosomed women drive me right over the edge.

2) Planet Terror. Rose McGowan can shoot me in the face with her peg-leg rifle anytime. I'll die happy.

1) Kill Bill, 1 & 2 . Is there anyone here who can watch the fight between Uma Thurman and Darryl Hannah without getting a hardon? If so, you're gay. Someday, I gonna find a tall, blonde provider who will dress up in a skin-tight yellow zip-up jumpsuit.

And then I'll poke her with my "samurai sword." Yeah.

Nothing to bite on. This is perfect as your first two I have never heard of and will seek out.

I also dig American Psycho.

"He had an affinity to Oliver Peoples" classic line.

1. Spit On Your Grave

2. I Stand Alone

Excellent rape scenes.

You should check out Chaos or A Serbian Story. Chaos is horrible as acomplete movie but there is a scene that is suprisingly well done.

I prefer the anal rape scene in Irreversible. Delightful. Be sure to see the one that shows his cock fresh from the pooper. I understand the director considered forced ATM but figured the 15 minutes a sphincter stretching was enough of a statement.

Chaos is beyond horrible.

Vixen was better imo. I last watched it in the passenger seat of a 1968 Buick Wildcat at a drive in in the Midwest and spent most of the movie exploring the holes of a 17 year old read-headed corn-fed gymnast. During the parts I liked I had her spin around, appropriately impaled, so we could watch the scenes together. Even smoked inter-coitus with her.

And talk about pricing - the whole FS deal was probably less than 12 bucks.

following in the twisted vein i nominate:

pink flamingos -classic john waters bizarre filth

the bad lieutenant - harvey keitel at his most demented

a clockwork orange - stanley kramer gone bad

more tasteful entertainment:

some like it hot - tony and marilyn

vertigo/high anxiety (original + parody) mel brooks takes on hitchcock

hud (virtual dead heat with cool hand luke for newman fans)

dr. strangelove - stanley kramer gone hilariously manic

Beyond horrible is correct but do you at least give the rape scene props? Have you seen the unedited A Serbian Story? If you have, pm me your thoughts.

Yes, some props, but.....

It wasn't long enough

The angle of penetration was all wrong when he did her azz - this guy never did a girl's ass with her on hard surface so he was riding too low

The cutaway in the middle to the black girl was too weird

The nipple thing was good as was the stabbing

I will check out the Serbian story

1. Anything by Stanley Kubrick.

2. Anything by Quentin Tarantino.

3. Anything by Sidney Lumet. I rented your no. 2 just to see Marisa Tomei in the nude, but it turned out to be a heck of a movie.

Well you had the name wrong but it does not change the fact that you have good taste! Dr. Strangelove was a childhood favorite which grew into an adult favorite when I was able to understand it!

Have always liked Clockwork Orange. Also have a thing for John Waters: the trilogy of Pink Flamingos, Desperate Living, and Female Trouble. Also on my list is Quest for Fire with a nude Rae Dawn Chong running around throughout. Also like American Strays with Jennifer Tilly. Ah there's so many good movies to think about. Damn, also the movie by Bob Guccionne( publisher of Penthouse ) about the Roman Emporer which juxtaposed hard core porn with very respected and accomplished actors like Sir John Geilgude, etc. Coupla others like Y Tu Mama Tambien and a British movie called Intimacy. All great movies. Also have to agree with Dr Strangelove. Have also been fond of Eurotrip, fun stuff and The Dreamers as well. OK, well I guess I'm way over my alotted three at this point.

Some folks here have an atrocious taste in movies.

If you want to impress your date with some fine erotica, watch Last Tango in Paris, or The Dreamers, or Wolf.

Or watch a classic like The Red Shoes.

wow, now you're a self-appointed artiber of taste - lol

personally, i find your packs derivative and banal. see how that works? taste is just that. no reason to put people down for theirs. you may think peach cobbler is the next best tasting thing to the ubiquitous puzzzzzzy and i think it tastes like regurgitated cat puke. so all we're doing here is listing our picks for the benefit of our fellows, not slapping folks around.

besides ballet is so &%$

Something we finally agree upon. The casting is superb, with Peter Sellers playing three roles. George C. Scott, Slim Pickens, a very young James Earl Jones, Sterling Hayden and Keenan Wynn as Colonel "Bat" Guano. LMAO!

If memory serves, Stanley Kubrick directed no more than 15 films in his entire career - apparently he was a control-freak and quite the perfectionist, never fully satisfied with the end product.

No particular order

The Fastest Gun Alive- Glenn Ford and Broderick Crawford

Incendies-2010 Christian and Muslim conflicts. It's been on encore and on demand for a while. It goes from past to present through out the movie so a little hard to pick up. In the beginning you'll say that is f'd up, Then in the ending you'll say that's really f'd up.

1941- John Belushie

The Earthling-- Ricky Shroder, William Holden

The Lemon Tree-- 2008 jew and arab flick

American Me

To Hell and Back-- Audie Murphy
