Posted October 31, 2020 Halloween is the traditional season opener here. I was afraid it would be cancelled, like most of our spring dances were. We’re having a dance, but very different rules. No snack table, masks except optional at your table. Tables of 2-4 (instead of 12), spaced 6’ apart. Some folks plan to sit out on the pool deck or the parking lot instead of inside the clubhouse; some are skipping all together. I expect costume judging. Costumes vary from fig leaves, body paint (though our resident painter hasn’t arrived yet), to full blown outfits.
