Reopening Sex Industry Denied

19 posts in this topic

I would imagine that most states would use the shutdown orders in an afford to permanently close adult oriented businesses.

Damn Goody Two Shoes😖

there are lawsuits popping up everywhere where businesses in the adult industry are suing their states, the latest in NC (i believe).  Hopefully the adult businesses will get grouped in with the gyms and bowling alleys et all who are suing for the same thing and not get singled out as adult industry types - could help with the traction they need...

The proposal to safely reopen brothels:

In a letter to GOED Executive Director Michael Brown, Gilman outlined plans for reopening, including:

  • Temperature checks of anyone entering the brothel;
  • Customers could enter one at a time to choose a sex worker from a lineup. The sex workers would be spaced six feet apart during the lineup;
  • Customers and their chosen sex worker would go to her room for conversation, a meal or entertainment, but no physical contact;
  • Sex workers and other employees would wear gloves and masks at all times. Customers would also wear masks at all times;
  • The bar will remain closed.

Ha ha ha

       So why would anyone want to drive from Las Vegas to a brothel ?

You can't bang a hooker and observe "social distancing" at the same time. End of story.

      That is why porn productions in LA were among the first to shut down. Their performers aren't even 6 pubic hairs apart,let alone 6 feet. Only new product are the cam shows girls perform in.Mostly solo,sometimes with real life significant other. What pro porn that is being released,is product that has been in the can.

Amateur porn doesn't exist.Once paid,one ceases to be an amateur.

We won't be able to safely bang  pay-for-play girls until there's a vaccine or medicine, and even when both are available it'll take a while for things to settle down.

There is no such thing as ‘safe’ in this world.  ALL activity has some risks.  The trick is to figure out what the risks are, ways to mitigate them, Their level, and your level of tolerance.  Even vaccines are not 100%.

I’ve heard of one strip club here in Denver that has reopened. I haven’t been to it, so I don’t know how they’re going about business

I for one, am done waiting. I am making an appointment. We will both exercise common sense and take precautions, but I am done worrying about getting the virus. To be honest, I really have never worried about it. But that's just me.

That's great; Don't worry about getting it, BuT ---------------------------> If you do have it, think you have it and/or asymptomatic, then please worry about spreading it to others....

For those who haven't heard, Denver has now opened up the drive through testing site to everyone.  You don't have to have the symptoms to get a test. On the news last night they were saying that the test sites can actually perform more tests in a day they are doing.
