Thanks for the input everyone, I've been lurking for a while now and appreciate all the input! I will personally vouch for every lady on EB. What's that? You don't know me? Well, then, you see the problem with "verified", don't you? And what do you mean by "safe." It is (I believe) generally accepted by posters to this website that the EB girls are more likely to be legitimate providers than a random selection from BP. But, everything contains an element of risk. No promises. You have to decide if the risk is worth it to you. As a beginner, your first goal should be to build a reputation and get a few ladies that will vouch to other ladies that you are clean, healthy, polite, honest, and not an ax murderer. I've been in your shoes before. You need a strategy to mitigate your risk. Here is one that I read about that is easy to understand. Open two windows in your browser, one to EB and one to the Colorado reviews. You are looking for a lady on EB who has a recent review in the review section, and also has a large number of reviews by a large number of different reviewers. This will be a good indication that she is safe and legitmate. Just remember, there is no sure thing. For example, scanning the reviews and EB, the first name I noticed that met this criteria was Valentina Sanchez. She has a review as recent as the last week in February, and has a large number of reviews by different reviewers and is advertising on EB today. This is not an endorsement of Ms. Sanchez, as I have never seen her. Just listing her as an example of what to look for. She also has a lot of very good and fantastic ratings, but appears to not be everyone's cup of tea. This is the YMMV principle in action. I hope this helps get you started. There are other approaches you can take. Others may wish to chime in. Once you meet a provider in person, especially an experienced one, they will be happy to answer a whole bunch of questions if they are comfortable with you. And most important Imo is know how to handle your self once you are with them. There are certain precautions to filter through scams and possible LE. Look through this board for these. Screening is a pain in the ass but ultimately makes the fun in this whole process. The proven providers can you give you the reference. I like more BP or newer providers that are less mechanical. Posted March 10, 2015 Thank you both for the input! To be honest I keep getting stuck on the risk of LE or whatever. I can't have anything like that happen for professional reasons. I'm wondering if the hobby is for me due to this reason specifically. I've read countless times that there's always a risk and we, as individuals, know what we have to lose. I personally have had 100% success, in terms of having a good time with a good provider, the few times I have used EB. I have had less success with BP (more like a 70% success rate). That said, nearly every experience on my "Top 10 List" came from BP. BP is a bit more like Russian roulette (as there is often no TOB info for the ASPs posting there). Not for the faint of heart. What this means is we each have sat on the phone (with the person who runs the site) for a 15-20min conversation explaining to us how the site(s) work. We are NOT given access to EscortBoards.net or EscortPhotos.net until this process has been completed. Even the ads that are listing only the "Stats" and not a full color ad, have been verified through this process. Our ads do get checked to ensure we are compliant with the standards listed in the agreement we must acknowledge before we are allowed to go live. My strategy now consists of seeing a great group of ladies so that requesting appointments are easy to come by, they are enjoyable, you are welcome by those ladies, makes it easier to add ones to your likes, easier to get references. I didn't go this route & instead gave providers info they asked for. It worked -- so far -- fine for me, but I wouldn't do that again. Be a good client and ask her for an Okay. Rinse and repeat. 3) Get a burner phone, "hobby" -only email account and stick with the "well-reviewed, well-regarded" ladies (there are actually many). You may not see the provider you really want to right away depending on how many "Okays" she prefers, but eventually. That is just one route albeit a bit more spendy than what Pfunk, for example, suggests. Just my two cents. Good luck. I never sent a copy of an ID or had anyone vouch for me. I signed up for the site and waited for the phone call and that was it. The phone call is explanatory and not much else. The thought that EB is somehow magically better than BP isn't true. Guys need to always do their due diligence when it comes to research and ladies have to build a reputation for themselves so there is something for the guys to research. Posted March 14, 2015 While EB providers may not be 'verified', statistically (anecdotally? based on reviews & 411 requests) I am more likely to have a better experience with an EB provider than a BP provider. There are other boards which engender similar trust (TNA, ECCIE). Interestingly, I would select a BP provider before booking with someone from Eros in the Denver market. I also find BP useful (though ads need extended research) in markets not covered by the above mentioned boards. The MSM talks about the increase in prostitution caused be the Internet. They talk about how much easier it is to post ads. What they don't talk about is the improved odds of finding a safer, quality experience due to information sharing between clients. My advice is just do your research, if there are a few reviews from legit reviewers, you'e most likely safe. When I advertised on EB they never asked me for my State Id.
