question about p411 discounts and rates

24 posts in this topic

Dumb question here. lot of girls on p411 show a discount for p411 members below the rates. Do the rates on p411 reflect this discount already, or would it be the stated rate minus the discount? I would hate to have a short envelope due to me being an idiot.

If a P411 Ad states $50.00 off then deduct that from her Advertised rate....

That is what I thought, but I saw one page that when I went to the providers website the rate was higher than the rate on her p411 page, but that rate and the discount was equal to the rate started on the personal website, which mage me wonder.

Thanks.

Nothing wrong with simply asking the lady up front to clarify her rates, especially if she's on P411.

Unless she states discount rate has already been applied (which some do in their profile/ads), then like Kaduk said, take the discount off of her rack rate!

Please report any provider charging more on P411 than elsewhere, pretty sure it's a no-no!

Not really a tattler.......but this happens all the time. Gals post specials on escort boards/eccie local forums, and forget to modify their P411 profile.

The one I saw was cheaper on p411. Her personal website stated $300/hr. Her p411 site stated $250 and also said a $50 discount, making the math right that her p411 discount was already applied.

I think I'd jump on that; Alex for $200 pleaseeeee............

but it sounds like the Provider411 might be a little confused on posting & applying her discount.

Something to consider-

P411 is pretty easy for any girl to figure out and use. But not every girl designs or manages her own website. Maybe 50% do? Sometimes getting updates, adding/changing photos, removing sites for retired girls is difficult for some or takes more time. Many get a site built, but never update after that. Over the years, I have seen lots of different issues...anything from a site manager dissapearing...quitting,girls getting sites built by non-professionals, lost passwords to access the account, not paying the bill to keep one updated so it becomes out of date, lack of knowledge on how to remove, update, where to even log in to do this once it is active, ect. For example, many retire and their sites remain up for years until the hosting expires.

If you have a P411 membership, I'd say, go with the rate on the P411, or take a chance and ask in a subtle way, but keep the line of question as legal as possible so you don't piss off your girl.

Hope this helps.

Good point!

...

I've found, "What is the rate for ... of your time?" works well.

I know from a guys point of view I would ask in this way;

"I See you offer a discount from your advertised P411 rate, I would like to take you up on that discount and book some time with you"...

I never discuss money. I find the lowest $ ad posted and leave it on the table when I show up. Never had an issue this way and always been welcomed back.

There often isn't a lot of logic to the multiple rates published by many providers in different venues. I'd say pick the lowest one and go for it.

What I have heard is that a provider will advertise a rate say $100 hour on EB so you say ok I want two hours, $200 for two hours right then they say my website states $300 for two hours so you pony up the x $100 If you can't make it one site try another site or a provider has a different rate on every site she post on.

That is what you call good business practice.

I've always thought asking for a discount of any type for adult activities to be tacky.

This can happen. When I have a special, I do not go in and update my P411 profile. I do however, have a note on my P411 profile indicating that if I am offering a special at the time, that the special rate will be honored. Does this seem reasonable?

Asking for a discount? That's one thing.

Asking for a rate which she has advertised and for which you qualify (veteran, returning friend, etc.)? That's different matter.

I think this is a good question. I used to run a P411 discount and noticed that some of the guys were just paying the full rate. It wasn't a huge discount, so I didn't think much of it either way. But now I'm thinking some of the guys probably weren't sure and just aired on the side of caution.

Unless service was less than satisfactory, I always pay her full rate regardless of any discounts offered. Tip is proportional to how much above satisfactory, service was. ;)

Also, if your discount rate ends up being an odd amount, the dude isn't likely to go get change to pay the right amount.

.

AnD inevitably the provider never has the proper denomination to make change on the transaction amount....:P:rolleyes::eek:
