Meow Wolf

Wow!! I had no idea this place even existed. My 16 year old grandson ask me to take him and a friend for is birthday. What an incredible, fun day!! I am not easily blown away by amusement parks. Best description of this place I can come up with. Meow Wolf is impressive!!! Five stories of some the most creative, imaginative entertainment I have encountered. Two days later my typical 16 year old low key, must be be cool grandson is still going on about. Score!!

Glad you enjoyed it and your grandson is still talking about it.  I got to go before they opened (they gave out some "early bird" tickets to some non-profits and we were one of the chosen agencies).  I agree with you.  It was mind bending and a blast.  I am thinking about going back for a second visit to learn more about the story line.  I would like to have spent more time in the historical library and then go back through the entire place.

Whenever I drive past Meiw Wolf, I marvel at how they managed to build it in the location where it is.  It is sandwiched in between converging major roads.

One  of my engineers that work for me took a couple of well deserved days off and he and his wife went to Meow Wolf.

His best way to describe this place was it is fantastic but has to be experienced in person to fully appreciate it for what it is.

Hopefully someday I’ll get there.  Have to find a lady who wants to visit Meow Wolf to go with me.

I’ve been a couple times, I love  it. It’s  Kinda like a psychedelic playground, with endless riddles, puzzles, and some pretty interesting characters walking around. It’s also great for people watching. 😅 They’ve had a couple of shows there too, which I have yet to make but I’d love to go to a dance party at meow wolf !

So you are saying its worth the price of admittance.

A dance party there would be mind-blowing.  You are so right, it feels like a psychedelic playground.  Glad you experienced it a couple times. With my only visit, I realized there was more to explore fully than can be done in one visit.

I loved the sign out front that described no outside food or drink, no weapons and no mushrooms.   I agree it's pretty freaky as it is!

The Denver facility is a spin off of one in the Albuquerque area.  Here it seems to be more of an art/creative experience.  I have not been myself, but the t.v. news coverage made it seem like that was what it was all about.

There is also a Meow Wolf in Las Vegas - definitely worth a visit when visiting and need a break from the casinos.  Each Meow Wolf has a different theme, and they're all worth visiting.
