Hm, silly me, I thought the Constitution and it's amendments set forth that we didn't have to prove our innocence, rather it's the state that has to prove us guilty. You need to read the entire article for that to make sense. In previous instances, when he was accused, some evidence of innocence was provided. It sounds like he was hanging out in a bar, and offended some women (maybe with physical contact). I'm certainly not a lawyer but I'm sure a DA is. If I were a judge, once I heard this, not else matters, case dismissed. Matter of fact, I'm sure this quote, even made outside the courtroom, is probably admissible. But what do I know, I'm just a big fan of the hedge hog and give him the benefit of doubt.
