Ah yes...Ciera Sage...now there are some good memories. She used to stop by Denver all the time but it's been a few years since her last visit.

The model would have to sign a 2257 release and the producer would have to register the information in compliance. A simple low res photo could be enough to satisfy the minimum footage.

It's a great loophole to make this all legal.

Yes it would make it legal as long as the 2257 and model releases were filled out. A copy of drivers license and/or birth certificate is also required by law to prove age of legal consent.

When I owned and operated Vapor Industries, Colorado's largest adult modeling agency (not escorts all legal porn actresses and actors) we had to make sure the actors took 2 forms of identification and current test papers. Current tests were required even with the use of condoms. Not sure if that is still the norm but this was back in the late 90's early 00's.

I do know of several providers that offer this service but all charge the going porn rates since it is unknown what would happen with the video. Not all ask for the paperwork to be done. That would be up to you.

On a side note, if done without the proper paperwork, it is considered illegal (at least it was in California) I have a friend who allowed a client to film their session and it was a fetish session. No paperwork was done and somehow the film ended up with the police. My friend was arrested for prostitution. This was several years ago and in California. I don't remember the outcome but she did plea down.

For this reason most don't post it as a service available on their sites so I would just ask if filming would be possible, what the rate would be and if you are going to have the 2257's or not. Some providers might film but not be willing to give a copy of their ID or real info. But that is up to the individual.
