Posted May 10, 2014 Kaya: around here, it's a good idea to keep your sled and snow shovel handy in May, and your bikini in January
Posted May 10, 2014 There is some pretty decent shopping, and restaurants at Park Meadows. Also one of the things that Colorado is known for are the hot springs, which are as close as Idaho Springs (about 45 mins out of town). Hope you have a great visit!
Posted May 10, 2014 1. Go for a hike near Evergreen (or find your own good hiking spot). 2. See a concert at Red Rocks. 3. Denver Art Museum, the Modern Masters exhibit going right now is great. 4. Take a tour of a brewery, I'd recommend Great Divide. 5. Ride your bike through City Park, or up Cherry Creek Bike Path to Confluence Park. 6. Museum of Nature & Science, the Mayan Exhibition is "can't miss" I'm told. 7. During the summer many of the parks have free showings of movies (Red Rocks does this too, but it's not free). 8. Volunteer by planting trees on the land burned in the Hayman Fire. etc... If you can't find amazing and fun things to do in CO, you're doing it wrong

Posted May 14, 2014 I agree with Freewheel, but you should define some parameters, i.e. distance - State? Front Range? Denver? etc? And then give an idea of what you enjoy doing? Shopping, dinning, fishing, hiking, biking, shooting, arts, music, people watching, dancing, rafting, brewery tours, distillery tours, gardens, hang gliding, yoga, debauchery, dive bars, artifacts, history, sports, etc... Hope you enjoy your stay!
Posted May 14, 2014 I'm going to go with riding your bike ... Don't forget the new MTB obstacle course in the Greenwood Village park near Cherry Creek SP's W entrance (Union & Dahlia, I think).

Posted May 22, 2014 All of the above + Take a rock-climbing lesson from Exxum Mountaineering in Eldorado Canyon, Climb a couple walk-up Fourteeners, Take a ride in a glider, and then take lessons if you love it, What the hell, you are only young once and can do each of the above for less than your well-deserved earnings from spending one hour with one of us swell guys.
