Posted October 7, 2012 We are going into fall and winter, so this is not the best time to start offering nuru. Here are the steps: -Both persons get in the shower. Do not towel off -Go to the bed that has a nuru sheet on it -Take the heated nuru gel, about 8 oz. -Pour it on each other's torsos -slide all over each other It is very connecting in a physical way. The thing I like about it is not always knowing which way I will turn. One of my guys asked me, in the middle of a nuru slide: "Do you have insurance?" I never laughed so hard. Another thing, this usually lasts 5 minutes, because you will get cold. So it's back to a nice, hot shower. The nuru get rinses off w water.
