Prohibited Ley Seca From Penjamo, Guanajuato, Mexico. 40%, Aged 3 years. It was a gift from one of my Tejano neighbors. There is a slight sweet taste, with hints of tequila. I suspect it was aged in anejo barrels instead of the more traditional bourbon barrels. It’s too young for a double wood finish. A nice quaff considering its youth.
