I think the cartoon was something about how Hillary should immediately apologize to all feminists for the smear campaign she helped wage against Monica Lewinsky and all of Bill Clinton's women. At least I saw that one recently, and it certainly could be that one.

At first, I thought it was a 411 on an ASP named Hillary. Hillary might actually be good in the sack -- attractive woman she is. Hillary, Janet Reno, and some lucky guy would make a hell of a threesome.
