Ad ids are sorta-specific to regions. Yes, DFW had an ad with same id, but as pointed out, from 2012. Denver ad ids got into the 16xxxxxx range only recently. Dallas Backpage is well into the 30xxxxxx range now. So, when doing the ad id trick, need to also specify "Denver" or "colorado" and "backpage" when searching.
