Posted October 12, 2014 + 1 on the interesting many dichotomies but all understandable. I'm curious if the ladies here would comment. Its all about the money? I think it's much more complex than that. Complicated is not the word I would use. The ladies that I've met have been complex for the most part. I find it interesting in that everyone is different. She said in the review/article that men were all different but the same. I'd submit that both sexes are that way. But not everyone has a psychologist. What say you? Seemed to me she could be a lesbian not admitting it to herself yet. Guys were a means to money and luxury. Women gave her pleasure. Her writing is basically devoid of emotion or soul or spark or whatever you want to call it. Left me feeling sorry for her that she seems to have so little joy in her life. Posted October 13, 2014 Semi-interesting read, she kind of sounds like a twit. A snobby twit who despite not being in the business anymore can't quite give it up. What I never liked about stories like this is that they all try to sell some universal truths. The men read stories like this and wonder how it relates to the escorts here and I don't honestly know what the women around here feel when they read stuff like that but I don't get excited about reading this stuff because very rarely do I find anything in these articles to relate to. I have never been into $100 breakfasts or shoes that cost more than what I would pay for rent. It's not all about the money for me, there is no fun in that. Money is number one of the list of reasons why I am here but it's not the biggest slice of the pie. I like living my version of a life of luxury (soaps and bon bons) I really like not having to answer to a boss or an alarm clock, I love being able to help those that I love when they need it, I love all the people I get to meet (men and women). I have total autonomy, how many of you can say that and really mean it? Sex is sex, money is money and people are people. Posted October 14, 2014 Can't say that I found anything about that article interesting. Perhaps that's because I can't really relate to anything that she spoke of. Actually I take that back. She did mention that clients are better then boyfriends.And I would strongly agree with that statement. Clients are more attentive and generous. Seems to me that every year or so a similar article surfaces, and the woman writing it comes off as stuck up, cold and unfriendly. Whoever wrote this knew their stuff but can't help being cliché and stereotypical. There is a huge gap between street walkers and "high class" ladies and I think that most of us ladies in Colorado are in the middle somewhere. It's time that some of us in the middle share our stories and our experiences.
