Probably not twin sisters (BP ads)

I know there are so many fake or questionable BP ads, it isn't worth mentioning all of them. But sometimes an ad stands out. Here are two ads with the same phone # 505-803-1946, posted 9 days apart. Both claim this is for an independent escort "I am independent and I drive myself", "ACTUAL INDEPENDENT COMPANION". Both state outcall only, no hotel. The pictures are obviously of different ladies.

Possibilities I can think of:

(1) The phone goes to an agency that employs more than one girl, so the claim of "independent" is a fraud

(2) Both sets of pictures are fake, the girl who answers this phone looks different from either

(3) this is one of those blackmail/extortion sites we've heard a lot about lately, trying to capture your voice or text message to the non-existent "escort"

(4) She had radical surgery to alter her appearance between Aug 30 and Sep 8 (congrats on the quick recovery!)

And since the ads use two different set of pictures with two different names, yeah, pretty obvious nothing adds-up.

But, gotta kinda agree with av8r. Wish I had a nickel each time one of these threads get posted, only to have a john post a 411 a couple of threads up asking "anyone have anything on...". Few people seem to actually search the discussion board, they might check reviews, but otherwise "hey. anyone have info on this girl, can't do a search right now" (but had time and device that can post to this site, get a link, etc.).

Thanks for all the comments, glad some people found my post useful. My 4th possible explanation ("She had radical surgery to alter her appearance") was a bit of a stretch , I would instead put my money on explanation #1 or #2.
