Get the sap to get a Green Dot like card, calls the "provider" back to setup appointment, "provider" asks for card number to verify session amount on the card. Sap never hears back and finds his Green Dot card is now empty. The scam in the OP, a bit lazy that bunch. Posting the same ad all across the country, same two names (Karen & Sarah), mostly Wal-Mart, but oddly, CVS for Denver? Don't think there is a single CVS in CO, so, little tough to drive to one to be able to take advantage of "Sarah's" behind-the-scenes "abilities".
