Actually, I was just bored and did enough research to convince myself it wasn't LE. It was the same number, but for a different girl with other obviously fake pics. The same number posts a few girls from time to time. I posted a review, but it has not appeared, so the short story: of course the model in the pictures did not show, as expected.
