What are your favorite car shows in the US?

Doing some research,

It would help IF you could tell us what you are looking for.  A concourse show is FAR different from a show for muscle cars, and hot rods vs old Mercedes, Rolls Royces, and older European classics.  ONE is VERY "correct and stiff" and the others are pretty laid back and relaxed.  BOTH will have stunning vehicles.

Depends on what you like and if your looking to just look or wanting to buy. Summer is the best time in Colorado.

My favorite is the Early Iron Festival in Alamosa over Labor Day weekend. It attracts car enthusiasts not only from Colorado but also surrounding states. Hotels fill up as do most campgrounds.

Well, the most Horty Torty show is the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance (https://pebblebeachconcours.net/). The most difficult to attend is SEMA (https://www.semashow.com/).  SEMA is for car industry professionals but it is possible to attend.  Then there are multitudes of local shows usually organized around specific years/brands/types of cars.  For example the annual Rocky Mountain Mustang Round Up (https://rockymountainmustangroundup.org/).

Hope this helps!

There are actually tons of shows here, but mostly in the warmer months. I’m partial to WAM, would love SEMA. The auctions (Mecum, Barrett-Jackson), but then we want more cars.😂 Have fun!

The auctions are not really car shows .... they are car sales.  SEMA does have cars but not considered a shoe SEMA stands for Specialty Equipment Manufacturers.  It is a place where companies that manufacturer aftermarket components for auto enthusiasts (hobbyists) gather to see what's new.  Not coincidentally that event gives many the opportunity to participate in other hobbies as well.
