Being new to Denver and all I love adventures.

I have a question; how do you guys feel about reviews, Are they difficult to fill out? Is it too time consuming? Are there any issue?

Thanks & hello.

Hi Lola. Welcome to TOB.

Personally, I enjoy writing reviews.  I haven't posted any on TOB yet, but I have written several elsewhere. The only issue I have is that the rules tend to change.

That's another question. How do you keep track of others review scale? Are they all the same? Where do you review?

Hi Lola,

Reviews are very easy to write, it just takes a few seconds.  I always  read the review section first because it may give me ideas on who I want to see next. I hope to write one for you some time lol

I hope so too!

Do you only review on TOB? Or do you find others on different sites that have reviews?

There's no good way to keep track of the scale. Criteria is different at every site and each person's opinion is different based on looks, experience, expectations, the provider's mood, etc., etc. Looks are especially subjective. A 10 to someone else is probably not a 10 to me. However, a very low score will clue me in that I might need to do more research.  And we all know that looks aren't everything--not even close.  I depend more on the content of the reviews.  I mostly review on TER  because they are the biggest site in my home location. I actually don't like their criteria.  If I'm not explicit enough in my "VIP" part of the review, they will reject it even though I'd rather keep much of that part private.

Welcome to TOB.  You asked a few questions and I'm sure you'll get varying answers.  So, I'll throw my answers in to the pot -

1.  I think reviews are a necessary evil if you are starting out.  Of course guys don't need to review or ladies need to receive them, it does however make it a little bit easier at the beginning if you are an active reviewer or a lady who has plenty of positive reviews.

2. No, they are not.  One of the greatest things about TOB reviews is now your hobby name is linked to your reviewer name (it was difference in the past).  Pretty easy template to follow and gents should write how their experience was.

3.  Depends on how much time you want to spend writing them.  No one really wants to read a novel, they just want to know (or at least I do) if she looks like her pics, did you have a good time, will you see her again and would you recommend.  The rest is up to ME if/when I'd like to see her.

4.  Since reviews are subjective, there could be issues.   Ask any lady who thought they were into the session and the review comes around saying she didn't do this or that, her place was a shit hole, there were toys or family pics around etc.

One thing I will point out is many ladies hope gents review them after sessions, especially if there is a connection.  Many ladies won't ask if the guy will review (not really sure the reasons) and guys may not ever suggest.  To me, just like donation is established before, I usually ask if she'd like a review and where to post?  It's very easy to copy-n-paste from one site to another.  I agree with daaacz that TER wants a more graphic details in their reviews, but it's still pretty simple to do.

Good luck and happy hobbying!

I only visit ladies with reviews unless they have been posting regularly for like 3 months or so and don't have stolen pics and the pics look genuine. I've been doing this for about 8 years now and am very thankful for the review system that has developed. When you're forking out a couple of Benjamin's or more for an hour of companionship you tend to get picky. That's a chunk of change to fork out for a bad experience.

I love writing reviews for wonderful ladies so they can be more successful. I also write reviews on ladies who were disappointing but without getting too critical. I do that so other guys don't get ripped off.

Also, when going over reviews and a girl has a negative one or two I don't necessarily hold that against her because you can't please everyone and things sometimes go awry in spite of best intentions.

The ability to PM a guy who has reviewed a lady is great too because you can ask about things that weren't covered in the review.

I do most of my reviews on TOB because they are regional and easy to access. I also will do them on ER and ECCIE if the lady travels around the country.

I've comes to realize the importance of reviews and I do see the need for them. I believe it would be more beneficial if there was a national board and only one. This way all gentleman can be on the same1-10 scale. It gets a little confusing when I'm so new and want to travel the country. Trying to figure out which city uses which review system and what not.

Maybe we could lobby congress to set up a national board/exchange kind of like they want to do with health care. Heck, they could slip this in somewhere in the thousands of pages of legislation and maybe even subsidize escorting in the name of public health and safety of the ladies. :)
