Without hearing further details about her, I would guess that nobody ever explained Full Body Sensual Massage to her. It's an escort industry term, not used anywhere else that I'm aware of.

If she's new to this, she's probably never heard of it.

As Luce says, there's a lot of different reasons for her to not know the acronym. Even if she actually just didn't know, I wouldn't go so far as to call her (or any provider who doesn't know them) dumb. Fact is that no one sends us a manual when we get into this, and you have to learn all of those on your own. If you even care to. I won't even respond to any emails that use acronyms or code words at all, ever.
