As simple as they don't feel like doing a photo shoot or they don't have the outfits etc. Yet some use fake pics to just lure you there for a bait and switch no doubt. The girl in those pics is super hot in my opinion so it's really a matter of how far off can she be to actually be getting business? If you're expecting someone SUPER HOT and you get there and she's a beast, no one would stay for a session so why would she continually post using the same pics? I guess the point is moot.
