Only a small percentage of the local market are aware of TOB and our reviews. I would also wager that a large portion of the mongering population doesn't understand the research we tend to perform before pulling the trigger and therefore have little knowledge of her history. By changing her name and claiming to be "new" she gets suckers to take another look. Drama be unto them!

I've approved your reply, but I'm closing this train wreck of yet another Katie Creme thread.

• RE: The Name Change. If you started working for an Agency and that Agency changed your name and were too dumb to change your pictures or provide new ones - that's on them.

• RE: your reviews. All of our decisions for review approval are based on a series of (limited, but viable), checklists for verifying. If you as a business owner, are advertising for services, you must deal proactively with your customers' opinions on your services - good, bad or indifferent.

• RE: The discussion board. If this were a product discussion board for bagels, and a certain business provided stellar product - the discussion would be positive information for customers to exchange.

If, however, the bagel company started re-branding their merchandise after negative public information was available; providing stale cheese; became confrontational when negative info was posted; how else do you think participants on the board would react?

I am not "attacking" Katie Creme. However, all of this moderator's decisions on your participation are based on the "2nd Chance" you called out for publicly (see thread link provided by Boink) - and what you have done with that 2nd chance.

• My 2 cents. Think back and figure out what you can do to take advantage of that opportunity and cook up some better bagels.
