Very disappointing TOB. TOB can you review your policy for what is a no show and what is a cancellation. Yes unfortunately maintenance did arrive moments before this client because he was 10 minutes late, he arrived at 9:06 awaiting instructions. He failed to mention he was late. I live in a secure building so the soonest he could have got in would have been 9:15. I told him I was not sure how long it would take ultimately at 9:30 I said he could come that they were finishing. I also offered the discount up front not hours later. Additionally I sent this information to TOB immediately as it happened. I m very surprised they allow people to lie without verifying any facts. I will be posting the screenshots of this interaction. At 9:35 Invited him up and his responses made me very uncomfortable and so I told him I would not see him and that I was not interested in seeing him as a client. At this time he stated that he would ruin my profile. DaleXXX????

Experience Description: I saw Sophia's posting and was intrigued, saw a positive review from a long-time contributor on this board that I trust and saw a negative review from a sus source who was promoting another girl. My instincts were good on this one, the negative review comes from a piece of crap who is with an agency that was trying to keep Sophia from going independent. TOB should do something about this low life.
