I just never posted bad ones because I gave the provider the benefit of doubt. Now there is a distinct patter of situations to avoid rather than just non-chemistry. I would avoid Jen until she gets whatever situation under control, there are other great providers that dont have these issues and there comes a point where you just have to realistically assess the situation and move on.
