I am very new to all of this. I noticed that I need referrals for screening. How do I get referrals if all providers require them? 

Any other tips will be greatly appreciated.

See a lady you are interested in who is willing to screen you with only your real information please be willing to share your personal information with this lady. She may ask for a driver's license and also have you hold it up to your face and take a picture to send her. If you have a LinkedIn account might also be asked. Just be ready and willing to produce whatever document as request. It is only to ensure safety and not to humiliate you or cause problems.

The problem is: We are real providers, definitely is for security purposes , I always ask as much info I can but, I heard few stories the some scammers out there, blackmail people with the info , its sad cause sometimes we lost opportunity to see a nice gentleman because we can't  get any information over bad experience . Then could be another option ,ask a reference from 1 or 2 provider that them see before .

 This platform helps , even tough  its not any guarantee about 100 % safe. Suggestion create platform to review guys!

We do have to share our RW info with most sites to even post.. I've sent my DL and selfie with my DL to multiple platforms.. slow your roll short stuff. Several things to keep in mind here.  First off Hobby Hobbit is simply a troll and a rather nasty one at that who delights in irritating the few ladies that still contribute here on the forum any more with an apparent intent to drive them away as well.  Pay him no mind is the best advice possible. 

That said and out of the way, until you know what you are doing and can recognize scammers and rip offs stick to reputable ladies - ones with a long term presence, reviews, reputation etc.  Search their photos, phone number etc. and see how long they have been working.  The last thing they are going to want to do is rip off clients and scam anyone because they will destroy their business very quickly doing so.  MOST ladies fitting that description will ask for real world screening information.  Why? Because guys are less likely to scam them, rob from them, beat them up and worse if they know she has real world information.  And in Colorado there is a thing called the Safe Reporting law.  Escorts can - and should - report certain crimes - assault, stalking, rape - to police WITHOUT police being able to charge THEM for soliciting.  But real name and real information is necessary to report someone.  Unlike the ladies you and the rest of the guys here had to provide NO information whatsoever to become a member, the only way for a lady to have access to the info is via screening.  Ladies on the other hand have to provide real world information to post and advertise here and on most other reputable sites.  And need references as well.  That info usually includes real name, driver license or other government issued ID, verification of ad photos, and more.  Sites that accept credit card payments for ads insist that names and information match up.  If anything too over the top illegal is committed any of these sites can and will cough up a lady's real ID info to LE in a heartbeat.  But most can't and won't with guys because they do not collect that info on guys.

Until you know what you are doing stick to reputable sites - TOB, Tryst, Private Delights, P411, Eros, TER and Slixa. If the site you are looking at "verifies" escorts stick to the verified ones - they have had to provide a lot of info to be verified.  Stay far far away from USA Sex guide, Escort Alligator, Skip the Games (STG OK once you know very well what you are doing) where literally anyone can post.  Lots of scammers and rip offs and the occasional sting by LE.

Use search functions here or at other reputable sites to look for ladies that say "newbie friendly" as they are not going to ask a newbie (you) for references.  But they WILL ask in all likelihood for real name, place of employment etc.  If you are not willing to provide that type of info and have no references well, you are going to be limited to the sites I told you to avoid.  If a lady is not concerned about her own safety and does not screen carefully what would make you think she has ANY concern for your safety?  Ironically by trying to protect yourself by refusing to provide real world info you will end up having to deal with much more risky ladies that actually do represent a threat.  A lady who is going to get you to prepay or pay a deposit with NO intention of actually seeing you is not going to ask for personal info - why would she?  Again, deposits to a reputable lady is one thing, to an unknown on a shaky site - might as well set a couple hundreds on fire and call it a day.

Common sense applies - being respectful and polite goes a long, long way.  Trying to get out of screening, whining, giving fake info or haggling over rates usually hits a brick wall with reputable ladies.  If you travel a lot or are going to play in a large city like Denver it is probably worth checking into a paid membership verification site like Preferred411.  In a smaller market like Springs and do not travel much it is a total waste.

A simple Duck search for something along the lines of "how to hire an escort" will pull up a considerable amount of actually useful how to's.  Ironically even though a fair amount of rip offs and scammers frequent STG they actually have a lot of good info on their site for avoiding scammers, etc.  Ironic I know.

I just got started as well.  What has been working is to post a little bit, join conversations.  Look at providers that post here to get a feel for how they are.  Look at reviews and see if providers are newbie friendly.  In my case, providing my screen name helped with the verification process.  If you're not comfortable providing info to a certain provider find one you don't mind.  Just like any hobby, you need to a bit of research at first, though you have to continue that for any new provider you see.
