In any case since it was one of those ads that ONLY allows responding by e-mail (major scam or cop red flag in my opinion)and all traces of the ads have vanished I am guessing you dodged (I hope) a major bullet. For what the opinion is worth: NEVER respond to BP ads that only give a "reply" link with no phone number/text options. There are dozens of condos and apartment complexes in that general area. I honestly don't see any red flags in the ad. Contrary to what others have said, she provides an explicit email address (as opposed to using the generic reply system). I've finally seen her and she is a DNR requester so no specifics but I will say the photos are legit and I will return to see her again. Her ad is up occasionally but she said she gets dozens of responses so its hit and miss on a reply until she knows you.
