WTF!!!! I read the article, and Who comes up with this shit? This is why I left California fifteen years ago, they're all freakin crazy ass mother fuckers. The people that come up with this crap, are probably so nuts that they believe in only artificial insemination as well.

What really cracks me up is that these people do not think about things such as, there are other states and countries to film in DUH! I seriously doubt it will get passed, unless it is worded so cleverly that it's entirely misleading. Think about it, there are too many horny politicians that need the spank bank.
