Do you work through the pain?

I recently pulled a muscle (not that muscle). Got me to thinking about being a provider can be strenuous. Do you get pulled muscles? What do you put on these muscles?..and do those pelvic muscles ever get THAT sore?

apart from that I've messed up my ankles from dancing in heels a few times and arnica is incredible for that

not sure if that's what you were looking for... but to answer the first question, not really apart from that...

Yes, yes, yes. My neck and shoulders are often sore, but when you know pleasure is being delivered..... what's a good girl to do???;):);)

Sometimes we get massaged, and that is lovely too!

If a girl is getting "sore", maybe she needs more lube! :)

(I wouldn't recommend Icy/Hot)

I don't find it to be strenuous in the least. If I did, then I wouldn't need to hit the gym to work out lol. In fact, I think I have way more sex in a relationship and for longer than I do being a provider. No, I KNOW I do haha.

Regular stretching helps prevent pulled muscles-stretch before any good workout ;)

Remember that practice makes perfect, and I think that most of the ladies here get plenty of practice. Which is why we love them so much! :)
