Posted July 29, 2013 I bought it on a lark while traveling. Since I take lots of supplements its effect was unclear. I think it did make a difference but I do not intend to take it again. Posted July 30, 2013 Yes, nearly every time now. I usually buy them in Costa Rica where pharmacies sell them sans 'scipt. A 100mg will get me thru the weekend (4 sessions ) and then some.
