About 1 in 15 ads on eros-guide are legit. If the girl has no reviews, then you need to screen, ask first if they have a "show-up" fee, then ask if their rates are "all-inclusive". Tell them you will meet them in the lobby, or out in the parking lot, or a Starbucks, so you can screen them when they arrive. You can also see if their pimp has a nice car.
