Wrong - worst case scenario is the lady makes a negative comment about you in their version of reviews. For the newbies, you need to realize that there are various services that compile reports from the ladies about the gentlemen and many of the ladies use those services to get your "report" as part of their screening. It is my understanding that "haggling" won't get you blacklisted, but it is a negative comment that can cause you to miss out on many more than that one lady. It is best to remember that what you say or do to one lady could become known to all. Frankly, I am glad of that. More to the point, I rarely have to ask for rates because I do my homework, but sometimes you just have to. If they quote an amount that is more than I am willing to pay, I simply say, "Thanks a lot, but that is a bit rich for my blood, but thanks for responding, and have a great day." Never had any problems at all.

No offense to any particular person, but why do you all feel compelled to share any of this. Are you under the illusion that we care about your personal pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine opinions? And if you are compelled to constantly share these positions, why here?

I take them every day and swear by them; however, they are just two arrows in the quiver of what I call the "Testosterone Lifestyle." When I was 16 I was a pretty good skier, used to participate in a lot of club races and could handle all the blacks at top speed. One sunny Saturday at A Basin a bunch of friends and I decided to set up a ski jump since the lift lines were so long, so we spent a couple hours transporting snow and packing up a great jump (you could get away with that stuff at ski areas 50 years ago). Another friend, who had spent his years practicing acrobatics rather than racing did a really cool backflip off of the jump, nailed the landing and pronounced the jump as "perfect for flips." (Can you see it coming yet?) Although I did not have a beer to hold, I said that I would therefore try it, despite a total lack of training or experience. I did pretty good with the downhill run, got lots of speed and height, and managed to get exactly one-half of a back flip accomplished when I ran out of momentum and hit the snow head-first, skiis straight up, from about 10 feet in the air, and managed to crush three vertebrae and injure my shoulder. Being 16, there was no permanent damage, and thanks to a skilled ski patrol there was no nerve or spinal cord injury, but I did have to wear a full rigid body brace for 8 weeks. My mom was so pissed at me that she made me go to school the whole time, and since I couldn't sit down, I had to stand in the back of the classes or lay on the floor during class (with assistance getting down and up). Since that day I have vowed to jump only if I have at least 5,000 feet of clearance (preferably 12,000 feet) before I hit the ground.

Now, that's the way to come out of the gate!
